High School coach accused of sending graphic pictures to student

I can't believe no charges have been filed, what a bunch of crock! Another sick puppy running loose!

First of all, it was not a female student. Second of all, the father of this student is backing up Coach Trujillo 100%. This text was not sent exclusively to this student...it was a forwarded text (just like email) that was sent to a group of people....which is the trend with texting these days. It is extremely easy to add someone to the list in error. The reason Coach Trujillo had this student's number is because the student used to be one of his past managers. This mother is just a bitter person who is trying to redeem herself for losing custody of her children to her ex-husband. Really, what mother loses custody of her children unless there is something wrong with her?

Well said... Coach Trujillo has been a teacher and currently football coach for my son. He is a great person.

I've known Coach Trujillo for over 22 years! He would NEVER intentionally send such a text to a student. Unless you live in the dark ages and don't forward texts, you don't have a clue as to what is going on. You act as though you have never made a mistake in your life...which everyone knows in NOT possible! Coach Trujillo is a VERY well respected individual in his home town and in the Taos community. I guess that is why the community, his peers and the Taos students are backing him up 100%. So you're the loser for passing judgement on something you don't have a clue about! In short....you're the loser!

You haven't a clue about him or the case. He has been one of the best teachers my son has had. BTW my son is a straight A student and has been every year! Mr. Trujillo IS a class act!

As I said, This says alot about Taos and what they think is normal behavior,,he probably volunteers at the animal shelter too

I'm from Taos, born and raised. Taos is becoming more and more ghetto. That being said, I too know Mr. Trujillo as a teacher and a coach. He's a stand-up guy. I hope that everything comes out of this in a positive light for him. Bad things often happen to good people, sounds like this situation is terribly unfortunate for everyone involved. To all the folks knocking Taos, can you please tell me about a town that has perfect individuals and no downfalls? I'd like to move to your little utopia.

The way people forward emails,(ex: chain letters, poems, videos, etc) is the same way people forward texts.....It is the latest trend with texting. The only people that really don't forward these types of texts are the older generation...or people that that don't have unlimited texts included with their plan....Not being sarcastic in way...just an interpretation.

I agree 100 %, the majority of the people on this forum are sticking up for a man who sent a very inappropriate text to a teenager, tell me there is not a problem with this..this man is sick and so are the people on this forum that are sticking up for him...May God have mercy on your souls.........
