A former Minnesota Vikings player who put a plastic bag over his 2-year-old son's head is due to be sentenced today.

Unlikely to do any jail time.......why is that no surprise. Why is it victimless "crimes" get jail time but when someone does something this stupid that could have had fatal results, they get a pat on the head and a reprimand to be good.
