it always seems that hami has his eye on his closest rival, and if he can't win...he does everything in his power to make sure his rival doesn't win either. ex: Montreal, hitting kimi, today, trying to pass massa in the hardest spot to pass on the track...

What was massa thinking after being passed by hamilton to drive off the track to catch him then hit him?

What? Hamilton passed cleanly, Massa screwed up.

Massa blew it, Hammy got pushed to the back, yet the penalties given to Massa didn't match the crime.

And the penalty for Bourdais was a total joke.
Massa was 100% at fault.

Hamilton screwed up the start, when was the last time someone got a penalty for that?

Did Fernando get one when he force Hamilton off last year?
No.
Anyway, It was probably justified, but Massa's incident with Hammy was even more so, the penalty should have been harsher.

Robert and Fernando were the stars here.

The incident regarding lewis and Felipe on lap 2, clearly shows that Hamilton had Massa rattled. Hamilton's pressure caused Felipe to over shoot the turn, and Lewis immediately made s good clean pass, and the only response from the Cabana Boy was to cut the corner and hit him.

Felipe over shot the turn just enough to enable Lewis to make the pass

Well, the FIA will probably help with that.
Already, Massa has points he doesn't deserve, no doubt he will gain more.

I wish Bernie would tell the FIA to screw themselves and go freelance on it.

I think Hamilton's driving at the start was like an elephant in a pot shop. Does he think everyone has to give way to him? Penalty deserved for that? I don't know for sure. But I do know that once Hamilton did that, Massa was not going to play it safe and that is when the incident in the chicane happened. And the stewards took a salomonic decision. That is my opinion.

And now one question: what would Hamilton fans be saying now if Kimi, instead of avoiding Hamilton's kamikaze move at the start, had kept the way he was going thereby hitting Hamilton? Then Hamilton would have been out of the race and Massa would probably be the leader now.

Would Hamilton fans still be praying aggressive driving?

Hamiltons driving wasn't aggressive! It was just stupid!! Even Ron Dennis advised Hambo to let Kimi take the lead if Kimi got a better start!! It is a repeat of last year when Hambo lost his head and didn't know how to drive to win a WDC.
Hambo has been calming himself down, realising that he doesn't have to win races to win the WDC.But when the red light goes out,he losses his head!! Hahahahahaha. It's hilarious.

Anyway.Congratulations GWO on another victory by the Spanish driver:)

Thanks. I watched the race on RTL, a German channel. And it was so boring!!!! The commentators sounded like they were in a library and could not lift their voices. Awful! The Spanish commentators make it sound like World War III is happening in the track.
But then, that made me think that F1 is really boring. The only good part is the start, that is where almost everything happens and where the race is decided. Alonso was leading, he was likely to win the race... and I was bored!

And by the way, I had a very silly idea: what Bernie could do is divide the races like in basketball, so we would have three or four starts in each race. Amazing!

I still don't know why Felipe went so wide in the previous corner ... but there is no doubt it was Felipe's fault when he hit Lewis... that's why he got punished by the FIA !!

Don't think so ... Bernie and the FIA punished Massa for hitting Lewis, Massa came back and finished in the points ... no mistery there !

Bingo. hamilton showed everyone he's learnt Jack Schitt from last year. His face afterwards said it all - half attempted smile during the interview.

However... for some reason, I feel Hamilton may have actually learnt a value lesson in Japan and may benefit from it in China. I think he will be more cautious from now on, especially with Ron on his ass about taking risks.

I'd say Hamilton's penalty was warrented for the first corner screw up, as he effectively took off 5 or 6 other drivers with him at the first corner.

As for Massa, I've lost a lot of respect for him seeing his comments regarding both incidents after the race. He's almost as bad as Hamilton, a pair of friggin weasels.

And the FIA, when are all these free points for Ferrari going to cease?

Thankgod we have a race this weekend, bring on more action and good entertainment!

It was the pressure that Hamilton put on Massa, which seemed to rattle Felipe, and caused him to make his mistake.
