Call him Ocho Cinco on the field, too. The National Football League decided on Thursday to recognize receiver Chad Johnson 's legal name change to Chad Ocho Cinco.

I'm glad Roger decided to recognize this scumbags new name. What I would like to know is how in the fu$# little hitler thinks this needs his approval. A court has granted this worthless human a new name, it ain't your decision Rog.

Misplace your anger much? |

I'm going out on a limb here and assuming that Chad Johnson didn't have a real strong father figure around the house while he was growing up.

Here, watch this. http://www.youtube.com/watch... Unless you're afraid that learning he's a human being might affect your opinion of him. |

Ocho Cinco is "eight five", not "eighty-five".
Shouldn't have have changed his name to Ochenta y Cinco? |

You said it yourself, he's "eight five", not "eighty-five". It's spelled right. |

I think thsi whole name change thing is something he will probably regret one day but who cares. Changing your name is legal and it's a personal choice. Why would this stir so much anger in some people on here? Maybe you need to consider getting your own lives so you are not so disturbed when others do stupid things with theirs.

I don't understand the anger either. I don't want to assume everyone is just jealous of a wealthy and famous athlete, so they're tearing him down as a way to feel better about themselves, but I'm sure that plays a part. As for regrets, he can change his name back any time he wants to. Like after the season, or after he's sold enough jerseys. |
