Kyle Busch duels Stewart, not brother

Ive been thinking more and more about our little picture and I'm even more confused than I was before. I have scrutinized that picture for FAR too long and I'm thinking that its a really bad joke. When my brother was in college his buddies used to pull crap like that on the first guy that got drunk. It's called "pantsing" and they hold the guy down and pull pants and shorts off and throw them somewhere that the guy will have to walk, in all their glory, in public to get them. I'm thinking also that it's an older picture because the guy thats holding his arms looks like one of Tony's old roommates when he lived in Charlotte. So, that's my thoughts. Ladies, what do you think?

i hear tell the pic comes from his place in Charlotte, so you might be on to something there....

it also looks like the kitchen in the home depot commercial when he is talking about the home office and he walks into the kitchen .. there is a bench type table in the backround and it looks like the thing he is sitting on.. just a thought i hope it is a joke -- really bad one-- but hopefully it isnt scary type pic from the stalker type or malicious as in someone who isnt friend and tony wouldnt be amused by.....

I looked at the photo in Photoshop closely and it looks to me like he is on a bed??? HMMM....
Ahhhhhhh I wish I could have been there and then this whole mystery would be cleared up!!

It just looks like some guys cutting up to me...nothing should be read into it, except the pants question ;)... Tony appears to be hamming it up too. I really don't think there is any malice involved at all... just a little horse play that got photographed.

I agree it's an innocent picture as far as no foul play. I have to think that if Tony were being violated, his adrenaline would have kicked in and he'd overpowered the violators.

If that were the case, I would think he'd want a little 'privacy' and probably beat the crap out of anyone that tried to get a photo. Surely he doesn't need his pit crew for an oil change off the track!

Well Hannah-Know-Nothing - I think both Kurt and Kyle kicked Tony's butt today, and about 36 other drivers.
