This is not Hornsby’s first brush with the law. He was cited in April 2007 for misdemeanor criminal mischief for tossing a man onto the hood of a car during a fight. He received deferred prosecution.
Hornsby, who will be a redshirt junior in the fall, played in UF’s first seven games last season but sat out the next five because of a university suspension for selling his complimentary tickets.
He needs to go.

Actually the best punishment would be a court ordered enlistment in the Marine Corps and if his worthless a$$ survives Basic and Infantry training send his sorry a$$ to Iraq or Afghanistan where he can find and disarm IED's. Maybe then he can prove his worth to society and not try to leech off of dead people. Right now the swab used to clean up after lethal injections is worth more than he is.
