According to Mike DiRocco's Blog linked to this story on Jacksonville.com this is not the first time this fine fellow has been in trouble It states:
“I’m not sure there’s a crime that’s been committed here,” Johnson said.“I feel like there’s actually not been a crime committed here.”
This is not Hornsby’s first brush with the law. He was cited in April 2007 for misdemeanor criminal mischief for tossing a man onto the hood of a car during a fight. He received deferred prosecution.

Hornsby, who will be a redshirt junior in the fall, played in UF’s first seven games last season but sat out the next five because of a university suspension for selling his complimentary tickets.
He needs to go.
