OMG!!
This was the worst game I have ever watched in all of my years as a Viking Fan. Detroit had the backup QB starting, Lions Defense is just horrid, and most of all, they are 0-4. The Vikes should of jusy completley dominate this game from start to finish, but to win by 2 points to a crappy team is just it. Just imagine what the Bears will do to us next Sunday in (Tough Guy Town) Chicago if the Vikes played like we did today.

Lastly, Chilly should of pulled Ryan Cook and replaced with Hicks. Ryan looked like Freddy Smoot did against Steve Smith against Carolina.

I feel like a starving person eating something totally unpalatable. Like horse$hit or something. I can't stand the poor play calling and infantile offensive scheme. Childress way is insulting and must go, and soon.

cant afford to feed my family and buy tix or the cable cannels to watch them most games anyway so i guess i would not miss them that much

I must also disagree...Wild & Twins are usually right in there. What gets me is the never satisified attitude. Sure, everyone wants their team to make it to the championship, but the teams I mentioned have been in the thick of things the majority of the time...in many markets, they'd be considered a success.

A win's a win. I recall the Purple People Eaters under Bud Grant winning 3-0.(I am not comparing Chilly to Bud!)

Ok! I'm glad that it wasn't just me who was ripping his hair out at those idiot announcers.. I mean they questioned a caught pass by Calvin Johnson.. What was there to question? When you catch a pass and get tackled then it's a CATCH! LOL!

More then likely all you fans are thinking that if they had a "state of the art Taxpayer paid facility" the score would have been 91-10. Wake up and smell the roses, they are a mediocore team at best.A group of men who are highly overpaid and do nothing to earn the salaries that they are paid. well the vikiings are back to the days of fran tarkenton meaning the officials have to win the game for them

I think that call alone let's you know that Chili isn't worthy of coaching.. You are down two points.. Go for the Two point conversion to tie and give your team a chance to at least put the game in overtime at best.. Going for 1 and you tell your team that you are losers! I don't get it

Remember that the margin of victory was provided by the Lion QB's safety when he lost his way in their end zone with no Viking players even involved.

A pitiful performance for a team that thinks they have a chance to play in the super bowl. If they continue to play at this level they will start racking up the losses. Two games in a row we have had all of the calls go our way, and still barely won. I hope that I can remember these gifts when the calls start to turn against us.

Jared Allen looks pretty over-rated to me. I don't think he pressured the QB more than two or three times today. Kevin Williams, however, is the real deal as he continues to play All-Pro defense.

Ryan Cook had another poor game, and Anthony Herrera wasn't far behind. The offensive line has to start getting some push as a lot of Peterson's initial contact is coming right at the line of scrimmage. Gus is under way to much duress for a 37 year old guy who can't move. Time for the O-line to start stepping up.

what a awful game the LIONS came out fired up on defense , knowing the vikings would run the same plays they run every week easy to game plan against yhis inept coaching staff.The Vikings who havent done anything on offense against to poor teams the last 2 games will be killed by the bears next week. what a JOKE Brad Childress is as a coach.
