I agree ZENman. I doubt that Chris would lose anyone nor cause anyone in his care to being hurt.
Like everything in life today, there are good guides and there are not so good ones. I have no doubt that Chris is good at what he does. Cheers |

What is he doing now? Isn't his appeal up in Jan 2009?

Stay away from all drugs and compete honestly and no one will take anything away from you. he belongs right there with Barry Bonds. If they took away the music from the rock druggies maybe the world would be a better place

Thank you MOEP, I do take great care without 'smothering' the clients, even so we do get some weirdo’s, who need to be watched very carefully. I do see and hear of a number or guides that are less than competent and treat the tour as a holiday for themselves, or shorten the hike if they are not fit for the grade themselves, then there are the others who go far too high for the grade, bringing the group back shattered, hopefully these are in the minority. If I hear the group talking and laughing around me on the hike, I know that I am giving them a good time. I have not lost anyone YET the only serious incident was when a lady had Peritonitis Have a great day, rain here |

1 In my post above, I wrote that 'I presumed Chris is a BETTER GUIDE than (old story...)' AND YOU (MOeP) agreed with me... AND Chris INSULTS ME (i WAS a Guide, for nine summers, and the only two injuries in my boat were from a Father who didn't listen to me and ignored my advice, and a woman who did EXACTLY what we all told everyone NOT TO DO, once the trip was finished (Stand between boats on shore and trailer on road... how difficult is THAT instruction?) heh heh) AND confirms MOeP... Chris you prove every day that you are BLINDED BY RAGE at every word I write, and you INSULT YOURSELF, and you COMPLIMENT MOeP for saying the same thing you insult ME for... GIVE IT UP: YOU loser, you LOST... ZENsmoothasababy'sheart

My sister-in-law and her sister went on a guided hiking tour there in England and quickly found they weren't in good physical shape. Enevn though she's a marathon runner, the grades effected her and let her know that hiking on the steeps is quite different from running.
Having grown up around boats in the lakes region of New Hampshire, everyone knows that you don't stand between the boats and their trailors. But, there are some people you just can't get through to. I found the same when I was on search and mountain rescue here in the early 70s'. Tourists can be some of the dumbest people alive and find themselves in prediciments. You two knockle heads need to quit bickering like two kids. We've been hear two years (Gad, that's hard to believe) together. There must be something that keeps bringing us together. We all love the outdoors far more than we could ever love being in the city. I do see the good in each of you two characters. Cheers You Two Cheeky Sods |

1 Talking of insults. This is what the Zencoward wrote "is your wife from another continent?(let's move onto that reject from a Bristol whorehouse you share your life with...)" I can't wait to meet up with you |

1 THE KEY WORD IS 'reject'(smile) THAT could mean your wife had too many morals... or any number of things, Chris... and if you always forget your PROVOCATIONS Chris-loser, then I cannot help you (as my statement above was written after you PROFANED the memory of my deceased mother... you swine) Come and get it, bring it on, when you're fully pumped up on meds. I can rebut EVERY argument you shill out as 'truth', because you NEVER ARE... zenBACKinIT

1 Read just what you did write (below) coward, I hope to be in the west of Swizerland early next year, see you there. now read what you said ZENmud wrote: one day, three flags, you're doing good... that smell? it's your underwear. really: buy a second pair. change your beer. move your chair. get laid... there are so many cures for a ranting nutter like you: is your wife from another continent?(since you threw my deceased mother into the equation, let's move onto that reject from a Bristol whorehouse you share your life with...) IS THAT WHAT YOU NEED TO READ TO KEEP YOUR HEART TICKIN'? Someone stooping so far beneath themselves to FIND YOUR LEVEL... ONE more flag, today, mate, and <i will never respond to you again> hurry, sluttyboy, I CANNOT WAIT... you're asking ME to get on topic? ZENhonesterthanEWE bwwaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahhaha, remember, sodsucker: I react to your *actions*(more like pseudo-epileptic jerk-thought-motion processes, come to think about it) are you really dying in your own private life, for the attention you only find here? Life in rural England must be even more pathetic than I remember it... <quoted text> If I were more like you, I <would> write: you're old. you're feeble. your memory is slipping. you stink. you insult constantly. you're a has-been. you're a dreamer. you're a loser. But, as you know that isn't the case (that I am like you), you'll have to wonder for the REST OF TIME if that is what I truly will remember you for. My testosterone isn't geared towards 'winning'. My favorite sports are individualized. skiing, rafting, cycling. When I raced in NH for fun, not commercial success, I was good at two things: picking the RIGHT LINE through turns (highspeed or low) and forcing riders on my ass to jump early and let me then beat them through drafting... so, chumpster-dumpster boy... as you get older, slower and dimmer in the light-bulb department, you can always dream of your younger days, when you 'think' you might have beaten me on a bike. I do NOTE FOR THE RECORD that you've stopped lying about the mythic Alzheimer's fantasy that I owe you a bike... so there is hope for the weary. ZENsomuchso Sweet eh coward? |

1 don't you think he might have said 'zen's right! he didn't call her a whore'... and note I didn't even say WIFE. in the next bit, notice that he glided way fast across IF I WERE MORE LIKE YOU ... (being that thing in England who preaches at all of you and insult(ed) me until I gave him the short rope and the bad waterskis) ... I <WOULD> so the string of insults that are the only thing he possibly saw, were CONDITIONALLY REMOVED FROM REALITY by my assertion that, if I was 'like -IT-', I would write that which he jumps on to call me the rude names he did... The judges have spoken, i WIN. zenSOOOOHAPPY
