Pigs win third in a row

I was at the game today. Beautiful Mother's Day for baseball, with a nice-sized crowd in a beautiful new ballpark and a fun come-from-behind win for the I-Pigs!

I took my mother to the game. It was our 1st time at the new stadium. What a great time...we both enjoyed ourselves very much. Great comeback for the Ironpigs.

The County made a wise decision to put together Coca Cola Park. This is a great example of what can be accomplished when the Commissioners and the Administration think beyond the "core activities" of the County. If the voters continue to elect people who think outside the box the County will continue to experience improved quality of life.

Time for the Bag Head to put away the paper and realize it's NOT about him (never was).

Thanks IronPigs organization. You are providing something this community never had. Wonderful leisure activity, and really, the current won/lost record is not what rational people recognize to be important.

Message to Bag Head ... grow up, give it a rest.

Today is what it's all about-sunshine, great game, cheering, relaxation. It was a real treat! I hope the players are beginning to know they're appreciated.

I had a thought today. Brown paper bags should not be allowed in Coca Cola Park.

Kudos to the Phillies organization for tweaking this team and drastically improving them. This team plays fundamentally sound baseball and makes plays in the field. It would not be a stretch if the 'Pigs played .500 ball from here on out.

I think we should restrict napkins and toilet paper too.

I took my grandson, on Saturday evening. It was our first time too.

It was far, far better than I thought. It was simply incredible. I am sure that neither of us will forget it.

Well this gives the Phillies organization some breathing room on keep the roster stable now until July.

Can we win 5 in the 5th month? And 6 in the 6th month. And 7 in the 7th month. And 8 in the 8th month.

Seriously, I'm happy for them. I haven't had a chance to get the the ballpark yet but I'm hoping to this weekend. I have only lived here for a little over 2 years, but I think it's great that baseball has been brought back to Allentown (and the Valley) again.

I was there for these three wins!!! This is a different team! They are putting hits together and not stranding runners as they were earlier in the season. They don't put their heads down when things don't go their way. This is a new team!
