You really don't give Bill credit but thats OK too. He was cheating and do you really think such a genius would keep an entire library of illegal tapes in his office? He filmed several games of the same team over and over, teams in his own division non the less. Review the tapes and catch the repeated signals used with the game film. He knows wht he did was wrong and the commish knows the truth. Pats were the ones to get off lightly.
It has nothing to do with were the they were on the field when the filming took place retard.
The tapes were all of one thing...defensive plays signaled in from the side lines.
You don't get a heavy levied against you and lose a 1st round draft pick because your hanging around the 20 yard line with a camera when you should be on the 30. Just like the rest...still in denial.
So again,
WHY would you have one guy, illeaglly positioned on the field (lol), with his camera directly on the defensive coaches, filming nothing but defensive signals of the opposing team? What was the purpose??? Just for fun???

were set up to try to prevent this, we violated those rules (camera locations) but the Comish determined that we had not used those films "in-game" so no further punishment (such as the threatened suspension) were forthcoming. The other charges (filming Rams walk through, tampering/capturing electronic transmissions) were determined to be false.
Believe what you want but I think the salary cap shenanigans of the 49rs and the Broncos are far worse examples of "cheating" than filming from the restricted location. Had we used the film "in-game" I would be much harsher on the coach and staff. but that is not what happened and no matter how much you cry to your mommy about it, the facts wont change. Oh yeh, and by the way, the "illegal" tapes were form 2006 so had nothing to do with the Superbowl wins.
You are all just haters looking for some excuse why your team is so lame. Yep, we lost the Superbowl, it has happened to great teams before and will again, but the records speak for themselves.
