Palin a senastion? Get real!
Under Palin's leadership, Alaska this year asked for almost $300 per person in requests for pet projects from one of McCain's top adversaries: indicted Sen. Ted Stevens. That's more than any other state received, per person, from Congress for the current budget year. Other states got just $34 worth of local projects per person this year, on average, according to Citizens Against Government Waste, a Washington-based watchdog group. The state government's earmark requests to Congress in her first year in office exceeded $550 million, more than $800 per resident. Palin actually reduced the state government's requests for special projects this year in the wake of President Bush's demand for a cutback in earmarks. I'd take Senators Obama & Biden over the wicked witch of Wasilla anyday, anytime, any how...Sarah can't wait to plant her oily derrick into Charlie's lush Everglades... |

You are right, we(the Republican base) don't want a guy who outlaws the cheapest, most secure fuel for powerplants, coal. We must now build plants that use a fuel costing 3 times as much. And you are right that substituting a sales tax increase for a tiny break on property taxes doesn't fly. Cuts in government services and employees are what is needed. But Charlie is still better than any liberal Democrat.

Mike, you are right. I believe in 60 days when all the votes are counted, we will eyewitness the biggest landslide ever: Obama Biden will sweep the country, in a way that Reagan did.
As Hillary says Change will come to Washington, and Democrats will drive it. Democrats will put the economy back on track, lower taxes for 98% of Americans, and they will restore Americas's moral standing in the world (stopping America's sponsorship of torture, and take care of needy people, including providing healthcare for all Americans, and exhibit tolerance for all people) These are the values that Jesus would represent! Some on the far right have tried to take Christianity hostage, but Americans see thru this. Obama is a Christian man of faith, and is not a slave of the special interests: big business, oil companies, and big spenders. |

If you have wireless internet, the location shown is often not an indicator of where you are. Is Charlie still getting married? What a loser. Prediction: Palin won't last past the end of September. |

I want to see Sarah Palins feet before i vote.Ill bet she has some gorgeous feet.mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Hey Poser - The tone of your rant is far from the language of a Hillary supporter. Your language has the hollow ring of typical GOP reactionary dogma. You're not fooling anybody except yourself. Do yourself a favor. Turn of Hannity, stop listening to Rush, and put the Fox crack pipe down. Rejoin the human race, bro. Republicans for Obama unite!!!! |

Crist is such a lightweight. I CANNOT believe he was even considered for VP in even the remotest way.
He is ruining what's left of Florida. I voted for him for governor but since he's been in office, I hope he doesn't try to go any further. I will never vote for him for anything else. |

WHAT THE HECK IS A ....."COMMUNITY ORGANIZER".......... is that sorta like a dog catcher or parking meter ticket writer ?
Apparently the Democrats believe it's the qualification for the presidency. |
|

1. I cannot understand how one can compare Sarah Palin with Hillary Clinton's intelligence and years of experience. A beauty queen reading the words written by a Bush speechwriter does not qualify Palin for anything other than a job at ESPN.
2. You have to hand it to John McCain - he knows how to surround himself with good looking women. Somehow the word "trophy" comes to mind. |
|
Name calling and hate speech always looses an argument!!!!! Case proven.......... Keep your vitriol to yourself!!!!! Hillary voters for McCain/Palin REAL change WE can believe in!!!! |

TO MABEL: If someone tells people something long enough they believe it. I would not have minded seeing Hillary the Dem candidate. But she has done nothing in her career no matter how much of a build up by the powers that be. She almost destroyed her husband's presidency his first two years. The Repubs benefited greatly as you remember. Ironically that made Clinton a better president. There are to many people in our nation that never sweated for anything but live off the verbage out of their pie hole. No matter who wins our masters will continue the wars and our leaders will obey them. Our nation is being carved from within. And has been for a long time. To me, who ever gives the lower classes more of their money back and greatly reduces the cost of medical insurance gets my vote. Lordee lordee...I have seen the light.

Uh Mabel, have you noticed how Ronald Reagan is consistently termed the Great Communicator - he too could read lines well, with an actor's ability to emote. Ditto for Palin - maybe she could take over Marla Weech's old spot? |

According to Nicole Wallace of the McCain campaign, the American people don't care whether Sarah Palin can answer specific questions about foreign and domestic policy. My 2 cents- She has been selected and that's all you need to know.. LOL |
|
Bravo... I don't understand people who claim they support Hillary but now will vote for McCain.. McCain's stance on issues is the complete opposite of Hillary.. |

HUH? I see no name calling in the post you responded to. But I did see it in the original post, to which that poster responded. Dogma blinds. |
