Well, it was nice to see the Browns picking up were they left off last year. Letting losers march up and down the field on them.

Where was all that "tallent and depth" at? Maybe they got confused on which team they played for and showed up in Baltimore for the game.

I know it's only peason game but wow, how do you let Brett Ratliff, a one (1) year NFL vet QB, pass for 252 yards/2tds? Good thing Brett Favre did not play....roflmao.

WR David Clowney, yet another one (1) year NFL vet, looked like Randy Moss out there...163yds...LMAO!!

Browns 3rd and goal on the 5, 8 seconds left....denied!!!

Gonna be a loooooong season for the sorry Browns...yet again.

It's fun to follow you around topix and see you copy and paste everything. This doesn't really even apply to this post!

Hey PDT! Didn't expect to see you here. You becoming an NFL info fanatic like myself? I'd be bored to tears if I stayed on only my teams threads after a while. 2nd weekend in september is just around the corner. Any case of the hebee geebees yet?

Yeah, I float around a bit. I actually saw WTT's post in 2 separate threads, so I searched for others and found out he copied/pasted the same thing everywhere... I just found it hilarious that it had nothing to do with this thread. I wondered what other people thought reading this seemingly out of nowhere post.

I can't wait for the season to start. I don't think the Browns are absolutely going to win both games against the Steelers, I'm not that much of a fanboy, but I am looking forward to the games. I can't wait for those stomach butterflies when I wake up that morning, know what I mean?

Oh, but the ball will get moved numerous times by the Browns. From the punters foot to the hands of a Steeler.

Since you morons accuse people of posting non-football facts, lets talk facts and break down the Giants Browns 1st 17 minutes starting after the Browns 3-0 lead...

Giants:
- Manning to Hixon, pass interferance on #24 Eric Wright after being burnt...53 yard penalty.

- Eli runs for a first down

- Eli to Hixon for TD after #24 is burnt again.

Browns:

- Cribbs good punt return wasted by holding penalty on Browns

- Browns 3 and out....punt.

Giants:

- Interferance with the Giants punt returner penalty...15 yards

- A few series later...unsportsmanship like conduct on the Browns...another 15 yard penalty

- Offsides on the defense Browns #98, but it did not matter because #24 Eric Wright fell down and got burnt for another TD pass to Hixon (14-3)

Browns:

- Another good punt return wasted by another 3 and out by Browns.

Giants:

Punt after 1 first down

Browns:

- 3 and out (3rd and 16) punt...blocked for a Safety (16-3)

- Browns free kick

Giants:

- Run back free kick for 3rd TD by Hixon (23-3)

Browns:

- Cribbs runs kickoff back 90 yards short of TD (end of 1st Qtr)

Browns(start of 2nd qtr):

- 2nd down ball fumbled on hand off around the 7 yard line...Giants recover and run back for another TD (30-3)

Pretty much saw all I needed to see on prime time TV of the Browns starters...changed channel to Olympics to watch some real competitors challenge each other.

Bottom line, you can't just say "well, we didn't have Braylon playing"...no excuse for that poor showing from the rest of your pathetic staters.

Even though this has nothing to do with any of these topics, its worth repeating over and over...

6 penalties for 98 yards in one qtr of football...gonna be a LONG season for Browns as they prove again they can't compete with the elite!

LOL! Absolutely! Especially with Prime Time games.
The gig goes like this:
Football chair gets moved into position-
Football items like nurf ball, bobble head, etc. get placed as well-
prepared food and drink is set in place-
Wife and all others must leave room unless they agree to speak only during commercials-
Questions can only be asked during certain times and if any are declared stupid, all questions must cease at that time-
Wife must be available to give a lucky kiss for a TD. No kisses for a field goal-
Children are allowed in room unless they let their presence be known, at which time wife must remove from the room-
Cheering at proper times is allowed, but only under my guidlines as to what is proper-
My language is allowed to slip during game but must return to norm after game ends-
Pouting is expected for a short time after a loss, but I can not openly take out my frustrations on family members.

LOL, classic, much of the same rules at my place. Gamedays are more than a few hours, they're an experience.

Also, did you see WTT's latest copy and paste... it's literally been on every open football thread

Missing the safety help over the top, and it was a great catch. They'll work those problems out.
