I like to attribute that to him getting a mechanical advantage that has been passed down through the earnhardts like a family recipie, or it could just bee that his dad tought him well on plate trakcs. All around I would give Jr 7th amoung the current drivers. I've neve said any different. I just don't think that the attention and accolades he gets coincide with his driving talent/ability.

He was supposed to win Daytona, and he was supposed to win 6+ races, he is not on pace to do that. Those were the predictions and they are not coming to pass. We expect the Patriots to be in the super bowl, we expect tiger to win the PGA, and Jr was expected to be #1 this whole season, all the hype led to that. JG, JJ, and TS are not going to stay back for long, and when they get hot watch out Jr!! He is not as good as them...sorry nation!!
