Darlington can't tame Kyle Busch

The crowd booed him. He called his car pathetic. His crew missed a lug nut, and he couldn't stay off Darlington Raceway's wall.

Kyle doesn't care what the fans think and Dale Jr. doesn't care what Louie Judd thinks, if he does think. Jr. is doing great. There's hundreds of passed and present NASCAR drivers that would give their soul to be doing as well as he is. Louie is just jealous knowing that he is stuck being just Louie and will never be anything like Jr. Maybe you can get to be a big name wrestling alligators, Louie.

Rockin Rowdy Busch. I realized long ago it wasn't dead Earnhardt or his son that I loathed, it was their fans. Before you choke on your Amp, remember you can't claim the King of Beers anymore, did you remember to press your Dickies for work tomorrow? Mr. Hendrick likes heavy starch!

Well Ms. DJQ, I congratulate you on candor. I do have several friends that root for the 88 and even a couple people I consider friends despite heir passion for the driver of the 20 car. But I do find it very difficult to listen to the majority of E fans when something happens on the track and its always someone's fault. Response, whine and throw crap on the track! I give you the benefit of doubt, please don't throw the Amp cans, they are tougher to see coming! Race on

I seriously doubt any "American" cars are actually made in America.

I know many foreign cars are assembled here, but not sure about all.

It is unfortunate, that "Made In America" is almost a forgotten thing.

Exactly. When I was a kid shopping at WalMart, I remember seeing the Made in the USA signs proudly displayed. Now that Sam is gone, things have changed. It is all about the almighty dollar.

Jr had never, never, and I mean never! raced a race like Kyle did on satruday, to win Darlington at 23??. If Jr even sustains the slightest amount of damage he can't adjust and keep and find a way to win. For Jr to win the the car has be perfect and stay perfect. He just don't have the talent of his daddy or even KB. Maybe 10 or so years from now Jr nation will finnaly see that.

The point you still do not seem to get is that even if they "get it", they will still be fans. You cannot discount the depth of loyalty people have to their favorite driver.

Not sure why people don't figure this out. Some fans will be fans NO MATTER what. I like my favorite band. They will never win an award. Most people find their music grating, but I love it. No Grammy, No Gold Records. But my #1. Nothing will change that - EVER. I think that is how Jr. Nation is.

He does not have to win a race. He does not have to win a championship. They will be fans. Why do you have a problem with that?

Nothing is the same. We live a global economy and unfortunately it is cheaper to make products overseas (or in Mexico).

So then he should not be hyped on the same level as, tiger woods, roger federer, michael jordan, joe montana, or even jeff gordon. He is not a champion at that level, but to watch fox sports you would never know it. somewhre somehow the stats are going to have to count for something, the realaty of sports is not a popularity contest. If that were the case why not just vote for the winner of the super bowl!!!

You like your driver and I'll like mine. It's a personal decision of mine that's shouldn't concern you. Your mentality is one of a very young girl.

That was not my point, he should not be given champion status for not being a champion. Fox coverage should not be biased for him in their commentary, on the air they should be impartial. He was not won a single championship, yet he is held in that esteem. and the 2 busch series don't count. that was 10 years ago!!

But ya'all would just love to see jr by himself for 300+ laps. You know he would win!! Problem for Jr is that there are at least 12 guys that can beat him, and usually do.

So any championship won by a driver 10 years ago doesn't count? Better tell the fans of other drivers that.

He is a champion of the Busch/Nationwide series and you can't take that away from him.

Only 12? well considering there are 43 drivers on the track, that there shows you agree that Jr ISN'T average.

Thanks, it is about time a hater realized they were wrong.
