The NPD doesn't seem to know their right from their left. What else don't they know? NPD concluded Kazemi shot herself in her right temple, but the TN Medical Examiner's released a computer graphic model showing the bullet entered Kazemi's left temple. Kazemi was right handed, not left handed. The GSR was said to be found in the fingerprints of her left hand.

If the NPD had found evidence that Kazemi had any hand gun training at all, the theory that she was the shooter might have had some credibility, but there isn't any and she wasn't. No twenty year old party girl who has never handled a gun does a first time execution shoot like this:
