When you all were showering O'Neal with praise, I've always said he was an overpaid, prima donna, who was lazy and wouldnt even practice free-throws. He almost caused them to lose the championship, with his pathetic play, thank g-d for Alonzo!. It's amazing how his injury healed as soon as he was traded, I guess $20 million wasnt enough to motivate him. Same way he left in LA. Its everyones fault but his. Big, fat, ugly punk. Get lost!

Shaq's comments were inappropriate and uncalled for. But given the type of guy he is and the history he has we should have all known it was coming. It was obvious shaq was unhappy in Miami all season long and that he, just as much as Riley and the rest of the Miami Heat personnel, wanted a trade... I'm glad he's in Phoenix now, atleast we don't have to worry about paying his $20million contract... I'd much rather pay Shawn Marion that money cuz atleast he has more class than Shaq will ever have...

On a brighter note: I'm glad to hear that Cook is alright, We didn't need another one of our players going down with a major injury... Feel better Daequan!!!!

Shaq's a jerk, plain and simple. It's only a matter of time before he turns on the Suns too.

To some extent Shaq is calling it like it is. Obviously, the talent on the Heat is lacking, otherwise their record wouldn't be so bad. But he is also dodging the fact that he had a lot to do with their demise. He is unable to make teammates better at this point in his career. He is the type of player you love when he is on your team and hate when he isn't. The fact is that he isn't a very skilled bball player. He is huge and was athletic. He didn't develop real bball skills ever though. Now that his athleticism is failing him due to age, he isn't very effective at making players around him better. IMO, Riley's biggest mistake was overvaluing the impact Shaq would have this late in his career considering his lack of real bball skill. Wait until next year, Shaq! Marion and Beasley will dunk on your face at least once each!

I never did see him execute basketball prowess. His size was his skill. And this guy was a role model for kids! I hope he gets some rehab, he has been having a meltdown for years. Ego man, it is always our ego that is the cause of man's demise.

I said it once I say it again, You can never erase the spots off a leopard.

Shaq has always trashed teams that formerly afforded him the world. It's just his personality. Underneath that spureficial superman persona he poorly projects from time to time, there is that boy that is crying inside asking why does his real father left him. He can say all he wants how his dada was a drill instructor but with the character he shows , he actually shows how weak of a teacher his father is. Military Drill Instructors dont only teach army drills the most important thing they try to instill in thier recruits are STRONG MORAL CHARACTER. And judging from what happened to his adopted son (SHAQ) HE Failed misserably.

Are you serious? He said he couldn't play in Miami because he was hurt(lie), like he said didn't sign with the Lakers for "Money Money Money" after leaving the Magic(yet another lie). And now he is taking jabs at players and Pat after Shaq was given a gift by Pat by sending him to the Suns. And this is how you respond? Can you believe that Kobe was right about him the whole time? Lets not forget that he also ripped Phil Jackson (who is coaching Kobe again whole everyone blamed Kobe for Shaq's trade). Wait a minute he ripped Penny Hardaway and the Magic. And after leaving those teams he has left them in horrible situations. He didn't win a championship in Miami, WADE DID! The Big Lazy was a spectator while Wade give him another title. With all that said FUCK SHAQ!!!

I donot wonder now why many basketball expert believes that Tim Dungcan is way better than Shaq. Dungcan has class and does his talking on the court. Shaq who's always trying to claim he is some super hero did'nt even got invited at the all-star game this year.

Accept it Shaq your done! You will never be as good as Dungcan let alone be as dominant as Chamberlain or Jabbar. I admit there was a good couple of years that you can make an argument, but your big butt and poor conditioning plus lack of commitment got you down real fast. Phoenix will never win a championship while you are there Shaq, not this year not next year or ever. First the west is loaded and your Suns is a middle of the pack type of team, if ever you guys get past the dwarfs of the bay area you'll never get past the Lakers of Kobe let alone the Celtics. So talk all you want, people are still going to judge you from what you do on the hardwood.

Your true colors are showing again, I am sorry to Kobe and penny for falling into the shaq lies. Phoenix will see it too when they lose this year and next and their AGING team also sees what Miami isseeing now. And this guy thinks he can be a sheriff with that kind of morale, please stop calling him the big cactus, it is the big jacka#$!

Let's see. He came to Florida from wherever, was paid an obscene amount of money - none of which was re-invested in Florida charities or causes (property doesn't count). Managed to become a "law enforcement" rep.(so he could legally chase after people), had how many kids in 5 or 6 years? Sounds like classless trash all the way around.
When will the people around here stop deifying over-paid sports types and start giving that same adoration to people who honestly set forth a positive example and serve as a true role model for the youth they encounter? 20 million could have benefitted a great many causes rather than serve to soothe the ego of one more trash collector.

Da bulls will never matter ever again in the NBA. They take the reigns as the Clippers of the new NBA and I'm talking about the (old Clippers of the 80's-90's. Thye are about to blow up the team again. You have the most awful city in the world with the worst air to breath in and now your sprots team all equally sucks, defining what really that city is all about.
