Everyone, let's not forget what Shaq did for this team. I agree with the guys at The South Florida Fan http://thesouthfloridafan.blogspot.com/2008/0... for rooting on the Suns.

Shaq may be immature, but he was still a champion and Miami. I say forgive and forget.

Shaq has been catered too all his basketball life. In his mind, he believes that there's not a player today, past and maybe the future that is capable of playing against him when he's on top of his game. To some degree I believe in what his mind is telling him, but, he should be respectful to the very people that allow him to be what he believes. Shaq appears to very sensitive, spoiled, and a big baby. He has feuded with Penny Hardaway, Kobe, Laker management, and now Pat Riley and members of the Heat. He want to take credit for the development of players such as (Penny Hardaway, Dwayne Wade, Kobe, Armarie Stoudamire), those guys don't need him to be who they are, they are respected players in their own right. Now I'm beginning to understand why he and Kobe did not get along as Lakers. Understand he referred to Dwayne Wade as "Boy Wonder", I thought Wade was "Flash", things has really changed, what would he think of Nash and the Suns if that team don't win an NBA Championship while he's a member of that team?.

Once again Shaq leaves a team and trashes the team afterwards. It happened in Orlando and LA before that. I'm sure the media will find a way to blame Kobe, Penny Hardaway, Pat Riley etc... Afterall Shaq gives you good quotes and remembers your name. Shaq was a great player but he was no saint like many would like to portray him.

Shaq is very ignorant and out of line with no character this is what separates him and the great players of the Riley Era, who had class and respect. These players get millions and feel they can say and do anything. He should acknowledge his age and his skills naturally deteriorating. Have no respect for him.

Shaq used to think of Wade as better than Kobe, wonder what he things now? He is a pure oportunist. Where is the class and respect in the NBA that Kareem, Majic, Larry brought with true rivalries today you have guys stabbing each other in the back. He won a championship with Heat something he will not do with the Suns, which at the end of the day will be remembered as a failure with the Suns!!!

Dudes, It's a war of words between Shaq and Riley and I don't believe anyone in their right minds would take Riley's side. The only good thing he ever did for this team was to bring Shaq here. Then he kicked out Van Gundy and took credit for the team. Then he Fu#%ed it up by losing Posey and Kopono. He screwed up the team and then bailed on us again. He's a scum! Shaq has always been open about his feelings. He's not the brightest guy but he's no snake. He has ill feelings against Riley's methods and for good reasons. Riley is not taking any heat for mess he created. With Wade, Kapono, Posey,Shaq we could have been a crazy team with a few more good gets. What if we got Paul Gastrol? Hey if your training staff/medical team doesn't compare with other team's then we need to get better staff. That's how you improve. You don't protect them and stick your head in the sand and pretend they are just as good. Shaq is doing us a favor by letting us know what's wrong with this team. Riley is not going to come out and tell you he's the F*ckup. Ask Van Gundy who he would side with. FireRiley.com !!!!

i have been watching ball all my life.. i love shaq. hes the men. dont take shit,so he tells it like it is.. he makes gazillions and hes 7 foot 300 pounds and hes a real deal person.. he is a chacter forsure.. i love that guy,i would like him to attack somebody i hope before he retires..lol.. true freak of nature.. they said before the trade ,that he was washed up.. no no no,,.. that made him mad.. what he lost nobody i know ever had.. take care thank you shaq
