I think Shaq is right on the money. Riley is nothing but overblown ego and baloney. Stan Van Gundy made the Heat click. Van Gundy did the work then Big shot Wannabe Riley pushed him out the door so he could take the credit for Van Gundy's work.

Now that Van Gundy's efforts are dissipated, Riley can't make the team a winner. Riley is a loser. Period. Go Shaq!

He left when they couldnt compete in 04, he came back in 06, he left last year and the team went on a winning streak with out himand Wade and was fighting for 2nd in the east til he returned, and this year he leaves to go scout college players. He is past his prime. At leats Shaq rebounds, block shots, and shoots a high field goal percentage. And outplayed the best centers in the game this year. Riley has been outcoached this whole season. And all he does is run when things get rough.
