How dare you! You act as if you knew exactly what was going on in the Studio, but obviously you didn't since you go kicked out. First of all, you make a statement that money was important and that was all that Lorrie was concerned about well you are wrong. I don't have alot of money, however I do work hard and pay my bills. I did what I could to make sure my children did what they wanted to do, and that was Showtime. Did you ever think about fundraising to pay for it? I was just fortunate enough that all my children as well as myself loved Showtime. We made a family there and that is what you will never break and never understand. Do you even know the young lady who you say was falsey accused? Well she is the one who destroyed Showtime. She took what belonged to these children who poured all their heart and soul into what they loved best, dancing and cheering. The innocent ones are the children, but their mother is to blame for being taken away from them. No one forced her to steal all the money. She choose to do that all on her own. Real funny how a mother had to send her child to live in another state due to getting herself in a finanical debt for paying dues at showtime. I have 4 children who were on the competitive teams and I don't make alot, however it was important to them so I went out and did fundraising. It was offered to every parent, however some decided they were too proud to fundraise. What destroys the childrens hopes and dreams is not lorrie, it's individuals like you who decide that they have nothing else better to do, than wish the worst on others. I want to take this time to personally thank Lorrie for all that she has done for my children. They are and will forever be greatful for the love, support, and heart she gave to each of them. You know it takes a special person like Lorrie and her family to put up with the drama, bs, and the heartache that individuals like you have put on them. I commend them for all they have done. Lorrie has left a great mark on my children, so much that one of them made the comment after the announcement that the studio was closing, "What am I gonna do without Mrs. Lorrie". Well I explained to him that nothing, because I will make sure she is always a part of our lives, in one way or another. She is the rock in Showtime. Thank you Lorrie. We love you!

They just say they are sad to see it close, but not why its closing. If its something the parents and friends could help with then why not say?

Be The Change wrote: This is the day I have been waiting for- the closing of the Showtime Studio!!! Finally Lorrie is receiving exactly what she deserves. A broken heart and busted dreams- the same devastation she caused so many other young girls under her instruction! Yes, when a parent didn't go along with the improper behavior displayed by the owner, not to mention the teenagers who were allowed to "make out" with their boyfriends in front of these young girls- her opinion got her daughter kicked out of their beloved studio. I would like to ask how many teenagers of STS got pregnant- as a result of thier reckless behavior? Lorrie knows this all too well. It is very sad that the people of our communtity think they are "role models" for our youth! If they only knew the corruption that went own behind the scenes. Their bottom line was not shaping young lives- it was making their wallets BIGGER! And if you were not willing to open your wallet for them- you daughter or son was not part of the elite squad. Last year after a young mother was convicted of charges that were FALSELY STATED by members of STS, no one at that studio cared that her two daughter's lives were destroyed after their mother was sentenced to jail. No one cared that a mother had to send her daughter to live in another state because she had gotten herself in such finacial debt trying to stay up with the elite, that she could no longer properly care for her daughter. That studio has manipulated and used everyone in their path to get what they wanted. State and National Awards mean nothing to a chld who has been "abuse" by or as a result of this studio. The children that attended the Boys and Girls Club suffered greatly with STS being there. They no longer had the use of their own gymnasium for after school activites. Thankfully Lorrie and her minions can no longer destroy any more young girls or boys hearts and dreams. Being Kicked Out of that studio was the best thing to ever happen to my family. ok i was a member for 3 years and you obviously dont know about all those girls who DIDNT get kicked out and how devastated they were AKA me and my showtime family. she doesnt deserve any of the things she said. she has made made some mistakes but never in all of showtimes life has she let teenagers make out period. and chelsea didnt get kicked out and she is an amazing dancer/cheerleader. and in all of showtime 2 people have gotten pregnant but not because of showtime but because of their own decision. and they all are role models just they go to a school were everyone thinks its ok to have sex and do drugs. and about that "MOM" who supposedly stole money and wrecked her daughters lifes has nothing to do with showtime. she stole so her daughters payed the consequences. mothers should know thatyour actions effect your duaghters life so dont do stupid things. an award or hearing your name called for first place feels amazing even if you are ABUSED(which how can you be abused). the only thing that has destroyed dreams is the closing of showtime studios not mrs.lorrie. and i hope your child doesnt care that they were kicked out because if not then you should feel bad not talk bad. i love you mrs.lorrie

From what everyone keeps saying the b&g benefited STS by letting them take over their building. Whats the real truth.

I am just there for them and supporting the decisions made. We may not be ok, but somehow we will learn to deal with it. With the love and support that Showtime has shown us and the new families we have made, we can and will get through it. I just hope Lorrie and her family can do the same!

You don't understand........yes me and my children were upset that the studio closed and do wish it was still up and running, however the reality is that it is not. We cannot change that, but what does it matter about all the rumors? The rumors are what causes drama. I am just accepting the fact of what Lorrie told all of us. The letter that she wrote should be sufficient enough of the reasoning behind the closure. Her personal issues are nobodys business. That's all I'm saying. I have no idea other than what everyone else was told.
