It also has a corrupt government that secretly allows drugs and weapons into the country, specifically; routing the contraband to urban areas. Crime/law and order, create jobs and stimulate the economy.
If you question this fact; please explain how people with no ability to leave the country and or means to contact weapons suppliers get their hands on both. Also explain an open border in which everyone in the world knows is a pipeline for the nations drug supply.
