I assume you are joking right? LeBron AVERAGED 30 points a game this year. And that was with key players injured for multiple games and 4 new players coming in the trade?
Kobe put up 30+ shots last night. It is easy to score 30 or 40 when you throw up that many shots!!
Another unbias opinon from a fan in Ohio I see!

Those are just the stats and facts there buddy. When you take 30 shots a night, you are bound to score more points correct?

Chad is right. Just as well, when the offense revolves around the ball being in Lebron's hands all the time, he's bound to get more points and assists than everybody else.

BTE James averages 21.9 attemps per game, but again you are from Ohio so an unbias opinon I wouldn't expect!

As I said in my earlier post, he heaved it up 30+ times in last nights game. Kobe has much more talent around him now than LeBron does!

Its funny how bad you guys want to split hairs...
But here ya go...

Kobe
28.3 pts. per game
45.9% FG
84% FT
6.3 Boards per game
1.84 Steals per game
.49 blocks per game
5.4 Ast. per game

LBJ
30 pts. per game
48.4% FG
71.2% FT
7.9 Boards
1.84 steals
1.08 Blocks
7.2 Assts

The numbers are very close.... LBJ seems to have the edge in most areas though...

The one thing you guys always seem to leave out with the Kobe vs. LBJ discussion is this....

Kobe has Phil Jackson.... Playing in the Triangle O.

LBJ has Mike Fing Brown.... Playing in the God only knows O.

Talk about two different extremes... GESH!

Botton line...

They are the 2 best players in the game.
But both have flaws...

Kobe takes way too many hard jumpers.
He bails out the D when he does that. Phil needs to yell at him several times a game to run the O, and stop with the 20 Ft. jumpers he slams against the backboard.

LBJ needs to work on his FT%, and take less 20 ft. jumpers as well...

Idiots like Skip Bayless praise guys like Kobe because they hit jumpers at a higher % than LBJ...

But yet LBJ has a better FG % than Kobe.... HMMM wonder why....

You see LBJ uses his jumper to set up for more drives per game....
Kobe uses his drive to set up for more jumpers per game...

I'll take LBJ's way at 48%... Skip can have Kobe's way at 46%.

Out.

You maybe right, but until LBJ can prove that he can show up for every game I will take Kobe in a playoff game anyday. I bet LBJ isn't shooting 48% in the playoff so what you did in the regular sean doesn't mean squat if you cannot do the same in the playoff. Hell ask Dallas about that last year when Dirk didn't show up.

Kobe had injuries on his team as well, and a major trade that took place, and he did it playing a brutal Western Conference schedule night in and night out. He played through an injury that many players would have sat out with. Honestly, both Kobe and Lebron are the 2 greatest players in the game today. To ridicule either is dumb.
"Kobe had injuries on his team as well." Well, never mind the other guys on his team, considering the fact that Bryant himself continues to play with a finger that ain't even attached to the rest of his hand, and will require surgery to get it reattached, it's beyond retarded to be saying one bad thing about Bryant.

I dont need to ask Dallas about Dirk....

I'll ask Washington the last three years against LBJ...

Oh, and Ill ask New Jersey as well (last year).

Oh, and I'll ask Detroit as well....

LBJ has proven it in the playoffs over and over...

He will run into trouble when teams play the Tilt D against him...
Like San Antone did last year, and Boston is doing now...

Oh, and before you say well... Kobe wouldnt have trouble with the Tilt... Stop yourself...

The Tilt was designed for Kobe...
Larry Brown started it in 02 when Kobe went off on the pistons in game 2 of the nba finals...

When Detroit came back home they said F it with Shaq and the rest of the Lakers we need to stop Kobe...
And stop him they did using the Tilt....

In games 3, 4, and 5 he shot 32% from the Field...
ya thats right 32%....

Out.

Or of course....
tossing a quality teammate like Bynum under the bus...
I mean... It showed a lot of class for him to go public and do what he did to Bynum... a 20 year old kid...

But other than those two things... Ya, not much to say...

You are talking about the playing Detroit how many years ago! Kobe has shot almost 50% in the playoff dumbass. Keep up the cherring section for LBJ since they are on the brink of elimination! Thats right elimination. So when LBJ is sitting at home working on his outside shot in which he has none and also improving his acting caree Kobe will be cleaning his MVP award. Now stop listening to Jim Rome OUTTTTTTT.

LOL...
figured this was coming...

Nice post....LOL.

I guess when you are proven so horribly wrong all you can come back with is this crap.... LOL...

As far as going back to 02... I was comparing what LBJ is facing now to what Kobe had to face....
If you can find any point in Kobes playoff career that he faced the Tilt, and performed better.... I'm all ears.... Good luck..... You wont find it...

When you dont find it... Just come back with the crap you came back with above.... LOL...

Try again.

I guarantee Kobe would trade that MVP trophy for a title. Especially since he won his first three because he had Shaq beside him. Kobe is nothing since Shaq left. Shaq however won another title when he got to Miami.

Oh yea LBJ sure has done a # on Detroit. With a few exception last year LBJ shot 33%,36%,27% in game 1.2and 6 so how do figure he is so friggen great against the tilt. I picked out games like you did. Again he shot in the 2007 finals 25%. 39% and 33% in games 1,3 and 4 in a 4 game sweep. So carry your king on your sholders all you want> I will take Kobe in the playoff anyday. Oh did you get any of those 23cent pizzas because the t-shirt says LBJ is a cry baby. I say the shoe fits after the other night.

Whatever. Shaq wouldn't have won crap without Kobe or Wade, but he still has 3 to LBJ's 0. Hell if it wasn't for LBJs bench they wouldn't have gone to the final last year. But again you all show that unbias opinon that all fans show from Ohio right. Shaq had more talent this year and where is here Hummm!

First learn how to read...

I never said LBJ is good against the Tilt..

In fact I said "He will run into trouble when teams play the Tilt D against him...
Like San Antone did last year, and Boston is doing now..."

Reading is NOT an overrated thing... Please learn how to do it...

My point was LBJ does NOT do good against the Tilt... But either does Kobe...

When teams dont play the Tilt against LBJ he kills them... That is of course why they play the Tilt...

One more time...
Try again.

You learn to read dumbass. You brought up the Detroit game and threw in the shot % of Kobe againt so I retured the favor! I say LBJ is better by doing this and you point was shot down. So you need to leard to write more clearly if you weresaying somthing different. Somehow I belive you were caught with you pants down and really were just talking out the your mouth. I still would like to know where the term KING came from because hasn't done shit.
