Not his fault knucklehead!! It's easy to shut down one player when the rest are stiffs. You'll regret him leaving for the Knicks in a few years. Then you'll be wishing we had him back. You are clueless.

Rpb, yes you should have understood. You don't see the difference? You don't understand the difference between raw talent and skill? Lebron is very athletic, he's still raw, under developed talent you idiot. He lacks skills. What are you confused about? Your precious cavaliers won't be able to force a game seven. They lack the skill and talent to do so.
ATB, Look Einstein, the problem in Atlanta is coaching not talent. That is why they only won 37 games. The 2-0 hole the Hawks were is different because they have the talent and the athletes to give Boston problems. The Cavs do not. Your team is truly crappy when bottom feeders as insignificant as Andy, Sasha, and Boobie gibson can hold out or be injured and throw the team into a tailspin. What other team in the league loses games because their bench players can't play? And the only analysis you need is Lefraud's stat's from this series.
Thanks for clearing all of that up. So if Atlanta had a better coach, how many games would they have won? 50? 60? And I guess you are arguing by implication (oops -- I'm sounding too smart) that Mike Brown is a far better coach than Mike Woodson, and THAT is what separated the two teams in the win column? In other words, what the Cavs give up to the Hawks in talent they make up in coaching? Very interesting theory.

The harder you try, the more your argument falls apart. Bottom line, wins are wins. 45 is greater than 37. Even an "Einstein" like me knows that. The Hawks got worked in the first two games of their series and forced a game 7. Likewise, the Cavs aren't done yet. You should have chosen a new argument when you had the chance rather than attempting to defend your "Hawks are good" premise to the bitter end. If you have something that makes sense, please post it. If not, just keep calling everyone names, and we will know that you've got nothing.

Yuk, another ugly offensive performance from the Cavs. Poor shooting, poor decision making, lazy passing, poor coaching, the list is endless. The one thing working early is Z, and after he gets a couple of fouls he seems to be out of the mix until the game is out of hand. A few minutes into the second half I knew this game (and likely the series) was over. I had the game recording on DVR since I got a late start watching it. And my satellite had gone out somewhere in the 3rd quarter, so I was spared the rest of the horror.

I honestly thought the Cavs were a better team than this. But they are so easily flustered by some good defense. And when they play a very good defense like the Celtics (or Spurs in last years finals) they are exposed for what they are. A decent team, but not one that is consisent on offense, or that can adapt to a good defense. That is mostly coaching. But the players (including LeBron) are also to blame for trying to do the same thing over and over which isn't working.

What you have to realize is that Cleveland is such a loser town that they'll support anyone who gives them a glimmer of post-season hope.
Even though they all CHOKE when it really counts.
But, what a sweet job, get paid millions and NEVER
win the final championship.
Which will continue as long as the idiot fans
support the loser teams.
The fans caused the Cavs to lose? You are a first class moron. The poor coaching, and poor play by the players caused them to lose. Like many in NE Ohio I am hungry for a championship team. But I don't spend much money supporting these teams. I watch them on TV.(The channels showing the games don't cost me any extra money I wouldn't be spending already for that TV package.) I used to have Browns seasons tickets, and I really loved going to those games.

I don't see how the fans are to blame. Just because you hate professional sports, or hate Cleveland teams, doens't mean the fans that support them are wrong, or are the reason those teams cannot win.

I wish my satellite had gone out! You're right on dude, there's a lot of blame to go around. Let's hope they can put it together tomorrow. If not, like I've said many times, the Mike Brown era should end!

You're exactly right. It's just a lost cause for the idiot bashers on this screen. A true fan would root for the Cavs regardless if they're losing. Haters, please remove yourself from this board. GO CAVS!
Just because people are "bashing" the Cavs doesn't mean they won't root for them to win. But I don't expect them to turn it around, and may not even watch the next two games. It is maddening to watch how poorly they have played. It is not all Boston D. The Cavs have not played well. Gave away a great chance to win game 1, and looked pathetic in game 2. If they can win 3 & 4 at home, they still have to win game 5 or 7 in Boston (and win game 6 at home) to win the series. I don't see that happening. They have most of the talent they need, but the coaching is bad, or the players are doing a bad job of following the coaching.

Black, white , green or blue....Eric you still don't know shi#...and you can still be a redneck...it just means you're stupid ! As I and a few others have explained...there isn't a GM in the league that wouldn't give their left nut or first born to get LeBron James on their team in a second and they certainly know more than some black redneck from the internet ....the Celts are the #1 defensive team with 3 All-Stars and some pretty damn good bench players, so we give them their due props...but, this series is far from over.....the only fraud here is a wasted and un-talented ERIC !

Actually, what you have to realize is that Cleveland fans are true fans, win or lose, and that we continue to support our "loser teams" through it all, unlike the bandwagon fans of teams like the Celtics, who suddenly show up in droves after years of ambivalence to cheer for a team they know nothing about. We follow our teams even when they do NOT give us a glimmer of postseason hope, because we are true and loyal fans. It's a shame you haven't figured that out.

I am in Akron, Ohio, but was disgusted yesterday that Papa John's had to make pizzas and sell them for .23 over a stupid t-shirt that referred to #23 as a "cry baby".
LeBron needs to be brought down to earth! He can't have it all overnite! He has to work for things and prove himself as a man, an adult, a citizen, a taxpayer, a law abiding citizen and as the hero that all the people here in Ohio makes him out to be.
A hero does way more than make baskets. He conducts himself in a classy manner and doesn't break laws here in Akron and then act like a smart ass. Handing out bikes to poor kids is not a hero. It's just using his $$$$$$$$$$ He needs to use his time to visit the schools and tell these kids about safe sex. Instead, he has two illegitimate kids. Now what message is he sending out to our youth? He could be a true hero is he got his total act together.
GOOOOOOOOO CELTICS!!!!!!!!!! You did good. You brought the "cry baby" down!
I bow unto you!
And once again I'll say you are a moron. This is about basketball, not 23 cent pizzas (which PJ did on their own, nobody forced them to do it, least of all LeBron). Nor is it about LeBron and his family life. Or his speeding offense or charity work. Who are you to judge him. What makes you such a great person to tear apart LeBron for his life.

Brnsfan, My homies? Only silly white boys use the word"homie". Not only are you stupid, but you are corny too. And the best that you have is Daniel Gibson was the rookie game mvp winner? Are serious? Are you really going to use Daniel Gibson winning a meaningless award in an exibition game as an example of your basketball acumen? Once again trailor park boy, the fact that injured bench players who marginal at best can throw a team into a tailspin is proof that team sucks. I guess if any of the ball kids come up lame or sick you'll use that as an excuse as to why the Cavs will get swept.

Okay before all of you blame lebron lets look at the facts and I hate to say but charles barkley said it best,Mike Brown is the Problem. His stragety lebron left right and up the middle facing 5 on defence now I dont care if you are the greatest player to ever play the results would be the same. Now the biggest blame goes to danny ferry for surronding Lebron with a bunch of mis fits and the owner for allowing it.end results cavs lose the series one more year of lebron and hes gone and we will return to normal a losing franchise.

1. We are not pals. Sorry.
2. How about focusing on the argument rather than the details. Regardless of the dollar figure, the POINT is that AV was holding out for a lot of money and that he made comments about wanting to be paid more than others (reading between the lines, it was clearly directed at Gooden) whom he felt he was outplaying. He DID say THAT. Look it up.
3. Verajao sucks, largely because he has abandoned the style of play he used to employ - moving away from the ball, focusing on positioning to get weakside rebounds, etc. Now, he appears to be playing with some sort of personal agenda instead, trying to prove his offensive talents (which do not exist), and as a result, he is rarely in position to get those out-of-nowhere rebounds that keep possessions alive. Instead, he kills 4-5 possessions a game with a dribble off the leg or an errant shot.
4. I may seem to believe anything, but you appear to know nothing.
So what's wrong with a demand to be paid more than Gooden? It was plainly obvious that Gooden was going to be moved, and Varejao would get the starter's minutes. In light of these facts, within the context of contract negotiations, it's totally irrelevant whether he has the skills of Karl Malone or the skills of Karl Rove. You're the guy who brought up the $ thing, not me.

That's absolutely untrue. There are as many bandwagon fans in Cleveland as there are anyplace, including Boston and New York. How did the Gund look before Lebron showed up? It was pretty empty. The Jake didn't exactly blow up with attendance last year. However in the 90's when the team was good it sold out every night. The Browns fans are loyal fans, but that's it. To say otherwise is completely uninformed and biased. There are bandwagon fans in every city.

You people just refuse to accept the truth. Lebron is not missing shots because of the Celtics defense. Lebron has no skills. Out of all the "superstars" left in the playoffs, he's the worst by far. He's been in the league for five years and can't hit layups consistently. HE CAN"T HIT LAYUPS! He has no midrange or post game. He can't shoot from the line or perimeter. His best move is travelling to the cup for a dunk. Lebron during this series just like in last years NBA finals is being exposed for what is he is, an over exposed and yes an overrated fraud.
Lets see....

30 pts. per game
Over 48% from the Field
8 boards
7 asst.

Overrated fraud? LOL..

Why do you think Boston and the Spurs are playing the TILT D against LBJ....

Hmmm... Maybe is because they saw him go off for 48 against Detroit last year in the East Semi's... You think?????

Go back and watch the last time Kobe was in the finals against Detroit... They played the TILT D against him as well...

He shot 32% from the field in that series...

Learn something about B-Ball before you go running your mouth....

Just a suggestion...
You wont look like such a fool if you keep your mouth shut....
