I don't know where the money is going but I do know a lot of city pools have shut down over the years. I live in a state where the ocean is close by and kids can go to the beaches. Not sure how many Caucasians Americans have pools but I'm sure they have more pools than inner city families.

Oh, course it was wrong; a bunch of kids; now you'll probably have a few Black kids thinking that all White people are prejudiced, which isn't right. Honestly, I'm not much of a swimmer but if I wanted to I know enough people with swimming pools and I live in Massachusetts so there are plenty of beaches near where I live. I also know where there are plenty of YMCA's.
