lol, just a little weed?So what, he had a little weed on him. He looks like a happy guy and he`s working with kids doing something he loves and doesn`t appear to be hurting anyone. These laws are out-dated and taxpayers should prefer the Police focus on dangerous criminals. All these people who make a living off the criminal justice system are in bed with each other, lawyers, cops, judges etc. No I don`t have a vendetta and I am not a `canes fan. Society cannot afford to prosecute and incarcerate these crimes.

Well, it is true that the education system in florida ranks in the bottom 5 of all 50 states, not sure if that is higher education or not, but having a degree from one of the 3 big schools in florida hardly compares to a prestigious northeastern school, in fact, not even close. |

Delusional, paranoid, feelings of inferiority. Some things never change.

He didn't graduate, he left school early to pursue his MLB career after it was evident Ken Dorsey was going to be the starter. |

Kenny Kelly hasn't been on the football team or a student at UM in what, 8-10 years? He left early after his first starting year to go play ML Baseball with the Devilray's organization and hasn't been affiliated with UM since then. He's not even a graduate, unless he completed his degree in the offseasons and it was never reported - unlikely.
Any reasonable person would admit that it's a long reach trying to compare a single person who has not been affiliated with a school in nearly a decade with over a dozen active, undergrad student athletes arrested within a little of a years' timespan. And Gator fans accuse Miami fans of living in the past... So he hasn't been affiliated with UM in almost a decade and this is somehow a poor reflection on UM and in some Gators' minds isin any way equivalent to the arrests of active, undergraduate student athletes in the last year or so? If anything, a resonable person would argue is a poor reflection on Plant City High and their program or the Devilrays/MLB, but that would make too much sense and wouldn't feed the nonsense of the Canes' haters. Kelly played 11 seasons and in 26 games in MLB. He played 1 season and in around 8 games at Miami. Quite a disparity there... |

Your quoting HS statistics, and which school I mentioned is considered "prestigious" compared to the Ivy League neighbors and others who dwarf these two academically??? say Tufts, Johns Hopkins, NYU etc...... The point was (try and concentrate here..) is that athletically (specifically in the endeavour of college football superiority), the south beats the a*s*s of any northeastern program....... |
|
Which Northeastern schools. For every NE school ranked above Miami or Florida in terms of academic reputation, it would be easy to find 2 that that are ranked below, considering UF is #49 and Miami #52. If you want to say Harvard, Princeton, Yale, MIT, and all the other Ivy Leagues, well fine. But then you'd have to also appky the same statement to every other non-Ivy League school as well. Not every NE school is Ivy League and most NE schools are not ranked above UF or UM. |

I think you mistakenly capitalized the wrong word. It should have been "FORMER", as in started a few games during one season and left after his sophomore year nearly a decade ago to pursue a MLB career. Also, you used the term "another", where are the other? Are they former Miami players, decades removed from attending UM too? You guys are really reaching for anything on this one! |

Typical trash from "The U". Put these animals in a cage. Society must be protected.

LOL once a "cane" always a cane thug

"Can't spell drugs without the U." Wow, how original. Did you think that one up all by yourself? |
|
He was a Tampa Bay Catholic Crusader for 4 years; spent 11 years in the MLB with the Devilrays, the Reds, and the Senators; and a couple of years as a Plant City Raider. He started a couple of games during 1 season for Miami, so all the "blame" gets applied towards his Cane affiliation. That makes sense... |

Cocaine Canes. Michael Irvin once tried to snort the 10 yard line. Look the Cocanes get all they deserve. Recruit felons, guess what they commit felonies. What a joke of a program. I know 5 NC's but was it worth the embarrasment of your players being arrested, selling drugs, and taking a crap in a girls laundry basket ( Crappy Davenport). No fan support. Just shut it down and stick to baseball.

All you 'fans' are missing the point. The entire football based education system in Florida is a joke.
That is why most of you are living hand to mouth for slave wages, in a state without any real opportunity. You've also sacrificed your children's future by condemning them to the worst school system in the U.S., while you brag amongst yourselves about your teams. Good luck surviving the hard times ahead. |

Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha
You got shut out in your last OB game. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha |
