and as long as the Chevy teams don't figure out how much cheaper it would be for them to hire illegals who are so good at fixing their product in their backyards.. that is when NASCAR will have gone too far

The people of the so called Jr. Nation think that others dislike Jr. for his success, in my case that is wrong. I do not hate or strongly dislike Jr. I only know that Jr. was deprived of a father when he needed him most and a lot of his actions while in the last couple of years at DEI was a perfect example of that need. Teresa Earnhardt hit the nail on the head when she told Dale to make up his mind and either be a racer or a personality, the old saying always comes to mind, "Before you act like a champion, become a champion". Teresa Earnhardt is a very smart lady and is prehaps more responsible for current drivers being able to make so much money off of off track sales, through her company Sports Image she became the caretaker of the retained rights to marketing of anything having to do with a driver. She also learned first hand, first from her (Brother or uncle, never can remember the exact relationship) Tommy Houston and later from her partnership with Sr. just what it took to become a great driver and champion in racing. Jr.'s little grandstand play of wanting 51% if a company (he had nothing to do with the building) without being willing to pay fair market price was the big thing that turned me off to him. If he wanted a race team he had Jr. motorsports, why not go his own way with that team. People, so you see that more things than envy are involved in not being a Jr. fan.
You have to remember how much money Jr. brought into DEI and into Thersa's pocket. His fan base brought in alot of dough to him and DEI. You cannot deny that.

Kind of like Clint Bowyer did to win, I think it's ok to do that.
it's OK.. not great though and the person who I posted it to was saying how great Mark was for not crashing Kyle out racing too hard..
can you imagine if all drivers drove like Mark? we need to appreciate the guys like Kyle, that's all I'm saying

Dona, at that time money was not an issue, the issue was name recognition, that was what Jr. brought to DEI. With the Earnhardt legend, the thousands of fans just wishing to purchase anything associated with his name, sponsors were lined up. I will never forget the Monday after the 2001 Daytona 500, I am retired cop and at the time I was working at a car parts dealer. That Monday was Presidents Day and so flags were out about every 100 yards on the main street in the city. This fellow about 27 to 31 came in and in all honesty asked why the flags were out, because of Earnhardt, I stated yes and about 48 presidents, this is the type of hero worship that the name brought. I might add that in that parts store was another area that sold Nascar Diecast and other NASCAR items, it is now a stand alone store called At The Track Racing and I can tell you that Dale Earnhardt Sr. was never more popular than he was right after the 2001 Daytona 500. Little E is a good driver and prehaps verging on becomming a great driver, however, he must prove himself with non restrictor plate wins at more tracks. I do not dislike him, I think he is still a work in progress.

Kyle is wreckless and will end up hurting or killing someone, take the rose colored glasses off and get your head out of kyle's azz
Couldn't have said it better myself. He is selfish, unrespectful, reckless, and a 100% MORAN. He will end up maiming or killing someone before it is over with. He even said the "He would take as many cars out as he wanted if it meant winning a race. All the other drivers are wanting points." Then when does screw someone up after the race he is no where to be seen and have someone else talk with whoever the driver was that he took out. He doesn't have the balls to face anyone he wrecked or screwed out of a good place finish. He can dish it out, but he's a coward who can't take the heat. He's piss ant of the worse kind. He will be taught a lesson and the lesson will be very soon, cause the other drivers (I'm sure) are getting tired of his holier than thou attitude.

Good thing he's just a "MORAN" and not a MORON like some over-exuberant, under-intelligent fans, looking for excuses....

Why can't typo's and misspelling be over looked? I'm quite sure you got the gist of what was being said. We're supposed to be adults. Can we refrain from correcting others?
It's like a bid for superiority. Which is just wrong. We're all human and make mistakes.

Well third in points with two wins, is pretty darn good.
And that has what to do with the time Little E. spent at DEI?
