If the killing wasn't premeditated they why did the punks take a gun with them? Was it to shoot of a lock or something? Flordia prosecutors love to pander.

If people commit such crimes they should pay the price regardless of there age. Sure he was a minor but he took someones life and never thought twice about it. He should be tried as an adult. The only problem with life in prison for murderers is we the hard working tax payers are paying for them to stay alive. Food, housing, etc. but at the same time they have to sit in a match box of a prison cell for the rest of there natural born life be told what to do 24 hours a day, no freedom and think about what they did. So I guess you can say that is justice!!

What the....? "Yak-3," I totally agree with you; why take a gun if they weren't planning on using it? I think anyone convicted of a crime involving a gun should be either executed or jailed for life with no parole. AND, if a juvenile, tried as an adult. If you're big enough to commit the crime, you're big enough to do the time.

...Not to mention, last time I looked,a death resulting from the commission of a felony was charged as felony murder and that is a death penalty crime in Florida.....for all
involved, whether they pulled the trigger or not.

eventhough i'm not religious, i don't accept the death penalty, i think those guys regarding their age should receive a life sentence behind bars and without the posibility of parole. They committed a crime, one of them is a juvenile but he had the courage to pull the trigger so he should have the courage to live in prison too. In Florida, you can get a firegun as you get coffe at any gas station or at the 7-eleven, sad but true.

I say they should be fried!!!!!!!!!! We REDSKIN fans are still very angry about this senseless killing, put them in jail and see how long they live, I'm sure there are lots of REDSKIN fans who will take care of them!

What does that have to do with anything? The shooter's gun was illegal and he wasn't old enough to legally carry anyways. The shooter should be executed and the rest should serve life sentences IMO.

Thats a joke, they should be killed just like sean was, sean was only 23 or 24 when he died, he lost his whole life too, where is the justice, these punks should be cut and left to bleed to death like sean was, hopefully they get theirs when they are in jail.

I wish it would have been a loved one of Florida prosecutor, I bet you then they would have gone for the death penalty. Stuff like this really pisses me off. Who the He** do these prosecutors work for, certainly not the people of the state as seen by this act. No wonder people are getting feed up with the court system...there is no justice any more. Its about time we the people take back our streets and have our own form of justice, and not leave it to the hands of these bleeding hearts.

I am not a Redskins fan so my opinion is not based on being a fan.
I think anyone who breaks into a person's home with a gun, already has the "Intent" to use the gun. I also believe if you are old enough to pull the trigger you are old enough for the death penalty. All of these guys were thugs, intent upon furthering their own lives through crime. Put the needle in their arms and that will help cleanse the gene pool.
