Linda Lingle is not only a joke a fool and so are the rest of her administration.
All they do is spin things with PR man Lenny who take the people of Hawaii as fools. Hey were not as dumb as you guys think.

I'm so glad that the vast majority of posters here see through sold-out Lingle's nonsense.

Please help by sending her letters expressing your disappointment and outrage at her campaigning for the wrong guy AGAIN. governer.lingle@hawaii.gov

She should be dealing with pressing matters at home instead.

It's a shame that the Republican party's mainstream hasn't had the backbone to stand up to the party's extreme elements. A healthy multi-party system is good for America. Unfortunately, hateful, intolerant fringe elements in the Republican party, by hijacking the party and putting their own stamp on it, have weakened the party's credibility among mainstream Americans and among observers around the world. Lingle had the potential to stand up to the party's hijackers, but unfortunately she found it more useful to let herself be hijacked by them. I'm guessing it's a money thing, but maybe it's something else. Why would someone ally herself with such an uncivil, intolerant, hateful, and mean-spirited mob? It boggles the mind.

Colt Brennan is WHITE.
Senator Obama is only half white.
Lingle is White.

She considers Brennan (a former student at UH) a residence, but not Senator Obama (a graduate from Punahou. I see Color has made a difference in her judgement!

Gov. Lingle tools around the mainland while our economy falls into the pits. This is why the Republicans are losing nationally as well! They do not care for our people.

Barack Obama has not only "walked in our shoes," but would take them off at the door of any home in Hawai`i. How many leaders outside of these islands would know to do the same?

Wow, Lingle is sure an idiot. She could have used the opportunity to discredit the Democratic leadership by stating how Obama was torn and had no choice but to abandon Hawaii because of the poor opportunities available here for a rising star; that there was no opportunities for an Ivy grad. But instead, she takes on a simpleton approach, equivalent to a rant of a 1st grader throwing a tantrum.

Republicans, Lingle is destroying your own party and has cost McCain votes, along with essentially destroying Duke's chance of governorship. Get her to ST_FU!
