He's been to 2 Pro Bowls for us in the last 3 years because he's one of the best Safeties in the league. Get over it, He's ours now. Tony Richardson is a 3-time Pro Bowler for his play and blocking. He's one of the best blocking backs in the league and that's why he's been to 3 Pro Bowls. He's as good as they get at FB. Packer fans are, as everyone knows, quite dumb but you take the cake. Wow Fran i always respected your opinions but that sounded alot like the banned one:) Packer fans are dumb? I always kinda thought we were kwoledgeable as whole... sure every group has their Rtards but your point is kinda mean. Lets go out and find some unbiased veiws shall we:)? By the way, no doubt that GBfan is truly a Packer Backer – you can easily recognize this by the lousy spelling and grammar along with the idiotic ramblings. Under Childress the Vikings will continue to wallow in mediocrity but without Favre the Packers will regress to their rightful place – the pre-Farve futility of the 70s and 80s. Bet on it. I dont think they did much better under tice. I think tice's first or second season they went 5-11 then from there on it was basically 8-8. For now lets give good ol' chili a couple more chances. No production after 5 years he should probably go

In order to clarify Mr allen was not with GB last year. It was two years ago. I'm not certain he was in pro ball last year which considering the dearth of DT's in the league.... B Favre has cost the Pack as many games as he has won the past few years. The Packers have lost two near 40 guys Rob Davis and Brett from the youngest team in the NFL last year. Once again the delusional Viking fan has had a few to many duds.

I really question someone who believes the San Francisco reject is the third best back in the division. Its idiotic comments like that that make me realize the depths of the Viking delusion. How long has it been since AP played a whole season and yes Chester Taylor runs hard but long can a body continue to do this. The viqueens are no closer than they've been since wide left and before that Bud Grant.

vikings should pick TE Fred Davis out of USC at 17 this would stetch the feild even more, a talented TE jus like gates ,shockey, winslow. the vikings would be a fool to pass this guy up, people talk about berrian, jus think if you add a talented TE to the mix, oppossing d-fenses would get eaten up either way, teams would have to take 8 out the box to watch that TE as much as berrian

Just PLEASE tell the world, that you really were just kidding when you think that there's ANY sort of comparison between what The Vikings have for RBs, and the rest of the division. There's even blood-enemies of The Vikings that would tell you that you're daft. I didn't look back, but I hope that you're not that ridiculous fool that thought that there'd be no difference with GB even with Farve gone.

AP is one of the most talented backs I have seen. He has yet to show the durability necessary to be considered a historically great back. Chester Taylor runs exceptionally hard but hard runners often have a limited shelf life. The new guy didn't show much in SF for whatever reason. Perception can be trickey but the rest of the league didn't exactly break the bank for Mewelde Moore. Was it skill or baggage? From a packer fans perspective the Vikings biggest liability is not Childress or Spielman but its scouting department led by Scott Studwell. Now theres a sacred cow who didn't earn his stripes.

I don't know why a Packer fan comes in a Viking blog and disses the Vikings and inspecting not to be trashed. GBfan you are proof GB fans are not that intellegnet. If you seriously think Packers are still on top after Farve. We all know that is a bunch of garbage even lion fans are saying the division is more clear. Aaron Rodgers still needs to PROOVE himself in the NFL. Geuss what GBfan T-Jack has more valualble expierience than Aaron Rodgers does cause nothing is like real game experience! I don't mean to totally bash, but if you sound like an A** you got it coming to ya! The signings of Boulware is good for the Vikings cause it's good to have more Veterans.

That was meant for 40for60's ears only. Present company excluded, of course. lol But come on GPBfan, you can't be serious with that ESPN article. That article lost all credibility when it said; "Around the country, Browns fans are everywhere" (Really? Where?) and called the Cowboys "Americas team." (Maybe 20 years ago) Hell I know you guys are great fans. It kills me to say this but a couple years ago our local newspaper did a survey to see what team had the most fans here in Alaska and the freaking Packers won! And don't get me started on having to watch my youngest son go thru Pop Warner in a Packer uniform!

People call me a homer because I refuse to see the worst in the Vikings, and now I have some roundhead from Alaska calling me a packer fan. Here are the facts Mr. far far away: Darren Sharper had 49 solo tackles and 4 interceptions. The league leader in tackles had 79, with Sharper ranked #43 league wide. The league leader in interceptions for a safety was 8 and Sharper ranked tied for 9th league wide. Tony Richardson had 7 carries for 13 yards and 11 catches for 89 yards. He is a good blocker, but Sharper(32) and Richardson(36) are not getting any better at this stage of their careers. I'll let you off easy this time, but next time you throw rubbish around as fact, I will be waiting to slap you around again.

"Chilli": Think you need a dose of what the rest of the league knows: The ONLY reason GB even made it to where you were this past season, is due to Farve. Now he's gone! You'd be well-served to save yourself ALOT of embarrassment by keeping the overly-optimistic idiocy to a minimum. By mid October somebody that saves this kind of BS is probably going to throw this crap out here as a post for all of us to re-laugh at.- Also, you miss the point: AD and CT can switch back and forth OR go at the same time. They stand a better chance to not wear down. Which brings us to A. Rogers. Gee, all those big-time games under his belt are really going to pay-off now, aren't they? Face it: YOUR team is the one that's totally f**ked. The Bears will probably for sure sweep your team AGAIN.

Did the Vikes get swept by any team last year? If the vikes had TJax and A Rodgers would TJax be the starter? backup? I bet there would be alot of people saying give Rodgers a shot cause TJax has shown "kind of exactly" consistant crap ass play, except the jump pass that was good:) You need to lay off the hairy buffalos they serve at the Dugout! It's people like you that make me in favor of abortion in cases of insest.

We know what Jackson brings, all the physical tools to excel at the quarterback position. We have seen so little of Rodgers, he is an unknown commodity and to place him above Jackson would be stretching the limits of even your overly optimistic fantasy world. Another hacker fan banished to Finland, can't think of better place for long term storage of cranial waste.

Another hacker fan banished to Finland, can't think of better place for long term storage of cranial waste. can't think of better place for long term storage of cranial waste - That was a good one:) good stuff I am not placing A Rodgers above TJax at this point but if he turns out to be worse or even as good as TJax I will be very disappointed. His play didn't impress me at all. The running game was insane last year but that didn't make it easier on him, did it?. 8 guys in the box all day long, maybe we should blame the coaches or maybe the WRs for his poor play, i'm sure there is some trueth to that. Maybe you are being overly optimistic about the man's intelligence. But then again for all any of us know he could turn out to be great or maybe A Rodgers will be great or both! Do you think their would be QB controversy in MN if starting today Tjax and Rodgers both were playing for the Vikings? I would also like to here from the other members on this forum becasue i do find your points interesting and the majority is quite knowledgeable. Happy Easter MN!
