Dolphins trade CB Travis Daniels to Browns

Jason Allen in the nickel or Travis Daniels hmmm and Jason Allen is getting first round money. I'm really starting to question managments direction.

Travis Daniels stinks he Saban only drafted him cause the other LSU cornerback was taken.

Jason Allen will do just fine and is a much better all around athlete.

The phins are way under the cap so who cares about the money.

Why would anyone in professional fotball ask Nick Saban for advice? Saban was one of the worst talent evaluators in NFL history. Just look at his aweful draft history. He makes Randy Mueller look like a genius.

I agree. If he wasn't playing well enough to even be the nickel back, and only got in for a couple of plays this last weekend, he obviously was expendable. Getting a draft pick was probably the best situation for the Dolphins. Now they're down to 74 players on the, so they can sign anyone that's available out there and still not have to make any cuts until the August 30 cut day.

From what I've read, Jason Allen is actually playing really well as one of the two starting safeties. He really seemed to step it up in that first preseason game.

keep stockpiling those draft picks. next is Beck, who will be a good player where ever he ends up. get a second for him at least and we can have another wopping draft like the past two. go mighty 'phins!!!

Donald Thomas, currently the starting RG, is a rookie 6th round pick. PLus, added draft picks provide flexibility to move up in the draft if there's a quality player available.

Randy Meuller should not be criticised or referenced in a negative way. his last dolphin draft was very successful...Solai, Mauai, Setelle, Beck, Ginn...these guys are a BIG part of the nucleus of young players Parcell's has been talking about. Meuller did a nice job. if you want to rag on someone, rag on Wannstadt or Spielman, they were TERRIBLE and responsible for the 1-15 season. five years of bad drafts by these IDIOTS destroyed this team.
