The guy is getting paid well below market value, but he's the one who signed his current **** deal.
The deal was a good deal at the time, but too long given they wanted to wrap him up after a productive 1st year, and since he was an undrafted free agent. All this talk about being thankful is all well and good, but he has to think about his family and what is actual value is... and as stated above he is underpaid, and was a Pro Bowler.

<quoted text>KBADM11 you are a complete moron and idiot. Are you jealous because you don't have a job? Total a whole! Get your facts straight before you open your big pie hole! He wasn't facing time for pedaling anything besides his bicycle. His girlfriend or maybe even himself could have had a little weed in their apartment. Big deal. Look how far he's come now. A Pro Bowler making great money and making you jealous.GFY!!
Whoa there Rocky. You need to get the facts straight. The Drug Task Force went to the apartment after the cops went there on a domestic call. They found a quantity of mj packaged for sale. He said that they just bought it for a party, and that they weren't selling the stuff. His wife was the problem in the domestic, but he stepped up (they had a new baby) and said "take me". He was charged with Trafficking, reduce to Possession of MJ (F 5). He did his probation with no problem and seems like a pretty straight up guy.(This is all public record) Not the brightest crayon in the box, but a good guy. I'm sure the organization will take care of him if he produces again this season.

Ok, his agent is talking about a new deal. What is he going to do? Sit out? I think not. Just go play football. If he has another great year, the Browns will reward him. Maybe an extension with a healthy raise. This, in my eyes, is just agent posturing.

he is reneging on his word, and so can't be trusted. Renegotiate with his type if you must; but set the new wages pegged to a benchmark of his best past year. If he fails to produce at that level, the additional money either is reduced or refunded ! As for me, Sundays will be spent elsewhere. Good luck Mr. Lerner.

I'd do the same contract but with incentive bonuses only.

That should make him happy.

Cribbs is the one player the Browns have that scares Steeler fans. I wish the Steelers had him...I'm sure the Browns will up his salary soon.

Another classic post from a Brown retard.
Before you call someone a retard, you should learn to spell the word c-o-m-i-n-g.

Retarded for spelling a word wrong or retarded for not knowing your facts...hum, I guess we are both "Retarded"

Cribbs' 4 TD's on special teams in 3 years classifies him as "may be as good a return man as Hester"?

No wonder why you live in denile about Browns blowing goats. You obviously live in a dream world.

Well, it was nice to see the Browns picking up were they left off last year. Letting losers march up and down the field on them.

Where was all that "tallent and depth" at? Maybe they got confused on which team they played for and showed up in Baltimore for the game.

I know it's only peason game but wow, how do you let Brett Ratliff, a one (1) year NFL vet QB, pass for 252 yards/2tds?

WR David Clowney, yet another one (1) year NFL vet, looked like Randy Moss out there...163yds...LMAO!!

Browns 3rd and goal on the 5, 8 seconds left....denied!!!

Gonna be a loooooong season for the sorry Browns...yet again.
