No one outside of Alabama ever believed they had 12 NC's when they said they did muchless the 13 some are saying now and half the people in Alabama knew they were full of shiot. Just to go over it one more time, using the method that Bama uses to come up with 13, Notre Dame would have 21.

I have a calendar that tells how many every team has. Bama does have some co-championships with different schools. LSU has three or four if you count the split with USC.

They never counted to anyone outside of the State of Alabama, EVER!!!! What everyone said was that people from Alabama count well and the only way they could even get past 10 when buying a dozen donuts was to take their shoes off, that is if they are even wearing any.

Seriously, jealousy is a bad thing, makes people say stupid things.

I'd have to say CFB NC's are all screwed up for every team. No one can agree on them completely across the US. It's probably overblown to claim 14 because several teams can claim NC's those same years. But no one really knows who the best team was because there was not a playoff and there wasn't anything close to a 1 vs 2 back then.
