Go figure:
SAINT LEONARD, MD Demographic Information
Population: 5,585
White Population: 4,814
Black Population: 614
I'm sure that with this kind of demographics, those "middle class kids" also likely shuffling around in their oversized droopy-poopy butt jeans & rolling with 20" chrome on their flashy Japanese cars while blasting ground thumping amplified bass from their speakers & rapping about ho-bitches,"bad cops", drugs & guns. All the while the parents turn a blind eye to who their children are idolizing. And why do they idolize them? Because the media glamorizes this filth.
Wait until what we have in Cleveland comes to your little town.(oh, and the infestation will, to be sure)
Absolutely right on.

Wow - I'm surprised that this is just now coming to Akron. Here in Cleveland, catalytic converters have been getting stolen for at least a year now.
All the homes (both vacant & occupied) have already been stripped of their copper water pipes, so now on to the catalytic converters.
Funny how it only seems to happen on "the east side" of Cleveland. Flippin'garbage side of town.
Seems this type of animalistic,bottom-feeding,hid eous garbage behavior is always the same subhuman'certain ethnic loud people'types, no matter where you go.
Just like dogs - no matter where in the world you see them, they're bark is always the same.

A simple solution would be for the feds to require scrapyards to require identification from individuals who bring in certain forms of scrap. It should then be a simple matter of chasin' down an identified individual to see where they obtained the scrap.
Naw, too easy.
Great solution. And if the scrap yard dealers are falsify the documents, they should face very severe penalties.
