I sure hope we don't get Brennan! Hawaii was totally exposed when they played Georgia. Brennan is another Timmy Chang, good in the WAC and WAC in the NFL! If we get a quarterback in the later rounds I would prefer Woodson from Kentucky or Henne from Michigan. Also if this year doesn't pan out Tim Tebow will probably be in the next draft. On Beck who knows if he is any good Cam Scameron's system was a joke and the guy didn't get enough play time to be judged thanks again Cammoron. Well at least now with the Tuna we have hope and finally some change. Go phins!
IF Tebow makes it to the NFL, it will NOT be as a QB. He'd make a good safety though. I see him in the mold of John Lynch.

<quoted text>Tebow will answer all questions this year last year was his first as the starter and he won the Heisman. Glad you had a good time but keep it down! The snow here sucks OK! Any way yes I am a Gator fan so I may be biased but I really believe Tim has what it takes to be great- Cannon for an arm,Mobile in the pocket can throw on the run and a high threshold for pain. Go Phins Go Gators!
Salt Lake you know my status as a Gator as well. While the homer in me (d'oh... sorry, wrong homer) thinks Tebow will be an outstanding pro QB, he did just complete his first year as a starter as you said. He'll still have another year to prove himself and work more in the pocket, which is something the coaching staff was working on later in the year. Lets see if UF has a running game this year with Moody, and Tebow will spend time as a pro-style QB.

Didn't mean to turn this into a Gator post, but I thought some good things were said pro vs. con at this point. And considering we really don't know what Miami will do next season (end up with a top 5 pick again?), thinking ahead isn't a bad thing.

Regardless, I like this signing of Crocker. 46 starts at FS in the last 3 years. The team just brought in some good experience.

Agree with that. Tebow will never be a QB in the NFL.

I have to disagree with you. This kid has it all. Can run, can pass(rocket arm),knows all the touch passes between zones, he feels pocket pressure, knows how to move a little to avoid pass rush, he's big enough to take on LB/safties. This kid may be the best QB to EVER come out of college. Yes folks, I'm saying it this kid is SPECIAL.

You left the "ed" off the end of "special."

Just looking over Miami's roster with the addition of Crocker - I know the media has mentioned this before, but there is one massive telling statistic that explains the Dolphins demise: of the 69 players now on the roster, only 20 of them were originally drafted by Miami. And 9 of those were drafted last year by Mueller. From '97-'06, 10 drafts, 11 players left. That's about as bad as it gets!
