Great job again. I'm really upset with ESPN as one of their analysts said the Rays will last longer this season than the Marlins. Does he realize that we have three starters on the DL and we still have the best record in baseball. A young team can develop confidence when they win early on and these Marlins are amazing. Go Marlins!

CNNSI is giving the fish some love, don't worry about ESPN, if the Marlins keep winning ESPN won't ignore.

How unbeatable would this team be if they had a realistic payroll. Bring back some of our stars that we couldn't afford - Beckett, Willis, Cabrera, Burnett, etc...- and this team would never lose! Not taking anything away from the club that they are now, but if the owners saw what true fans see every time we go to a game, we wouldn't keep losing our best players to the sorry Yankee's or Red Sox. Signing Ramirez was finally a step in the right direction to building a perennial contender. PLEASE DON'T BE CHEAP WITH THE REST OF THE STARS WE HAVE!!!

To HAHAHAHA: We wouldn't have the players we have now if we didn't trade Willis, Beckett, and Cabrera. This isn't fantasy baseball. This is real life.
By the way, Willis is garbage. Beckett and Burnett are always hurt. Sure, we miss Cabrera, Hanley will put up the same numbers as Cabrera for $50 million less.
Stick to your day job Mr. "HAHAHAHA" cause you will never be a general manager.

i am totally in love with the marlins they are playing wonderful ballgames abd nothing appears to scare these players they look like every time they com onto the field they know that they can win the game no matter who the opponet is.everyone seems to contrbute in any way shape or form in hitting or pitching si that we win the game go marlins i just love you guys. great plays wonderful hitting and pitching. good to watch at all times. other florida sports teams can and should learn from your playing like you guys are possesed,. go marlins i just love it, wish i could follow you to all of your away games but i cannot afford to do that. go marlins. it is wonderfulal and pure delight to watch you guys play ball like you all have been doing go marlins.

Please people, these Marlins are right where they should be so stop with the "negatives". I would caution the optimisim though...remember what the "office" did with Lowell, LaDuca, etc. after they signed the big one....yep. Hope Hanley is here for his six but I'm not fully trusting the "owner" ...his history of trading off our guys is forever stamped in my mind...PS....we certainly don't need Cabrera back here...he is still fat and can't move........and with our hitters...not going to be missed.

If you took the Marlins games off of Washington's record they would be 14-15. Check out Washington's record against Atlanta and Philadelphia. Too bad we can't play "Money Ball" and go by cost per win, Tigers' wins would be costing about13 Mil a game and Marlins' wins would be about a Mil a pop.

Add up the number of people in this forum that say the Marlins are great and you will have the total attendance for this weekend's home series lol.
