Now, about the woman with 8 kids or whatever living off the government. There needs to be a law that people cannot live off the system more than a short time to fix their problem. People are only having more babies to gain the benefits. So for starters, if a woman lives off of the system for more than a year, they should have to get their tubes tied to stop further adding to the issue.
It's sad to even have to consoder this but something has to be done to stop it.
