Good game, the Vikes kept it close, better luck next week, no worries it is only week one, your Dline is still good just got out coached, I hope TJax takes 100% of the snaps this year. Now here is to all the other Ahole sh** talkers- you were wrong, but that is okay because everyone makes mistakes. You talk trash and that is okay too because it is football and there should be a certain level of trash talking involved:) I do have one question though....was it hard to watch the Pack win and Rodgers come out and play well? If I was a Vikes fan I would be very very disappointed maybe even upset. I was kinda hoping EVERYBODY forgot about this thread. lol I guess I'm one of those Sh** talkers... In my own defense, you guys (Packers Fans) will remember, I hope, that I said all along I would have rather faced Farve than Rodgers. The guy is going to be a real good NFL QB. At any rate, good win Green Bay. See you in November (Where the refs won't hand you game.) Had to say it.

Could it be that Chad Clifton is merely a superior athlete to Jerod Allen? That makes 2 games in a row where Cliffy rendered Allen a nonfactor. I'm not afraid of the Vikes, not afraid of the Bears- and after this Sunday, you'll all see just how futile the Lions are Sunday after Sunday, year after year. The Packers are still atop the NFC "Norris"- and its just a matter of time before the so called "credible" pundits admit it. "Bump, bump, badada bump! GO PACK GO!!!"

Clifton is just a superior holder. ESPN highlighted his blocking with 3 clips. In 2 you could see him holding Allen's jersey. The 3rd clip was the arm drag take down that he got flagged for. ESPN highlights his blocking by showing a play he was flagged for! Not very smart editing by their production crew. Bottom line I saw was Allen bull rushing Clifton who struggled. What saved his but was the very quick release of Rodgers. I was impressed at how quick he got rid of the ball. Think back to the game and try to tell me plays where he hung in the pocket with lots of time. You can't! The pocket was quickly collapsing each time but Rodgers saved the Olines butt. Normally a QB buys diner for the line. This time they need to divvy up the week with each guy taking a turn buying him dinner all week. Rodgers, not Clifton got the better of Allen

I couldn't agree more. If Childress or whomever is doing the play-calling doesn't change we'll be fresh meat for the Bears ("3rd and 1. Jackson from the shotgun!" ... give me a break!).

McCarthy played it way too conservative the last couple drives. Way too conservative. They were ahead by one score with like 4 minutes to play.

All this trash talking, excuse making, and senseless stats, the bottom line is the Queens are 0-5 over the last two and now 2008 seasons. Why don't you simply wait until the BIQUEENS prove it on the field and then come back and talk? It might be a very long time but it is the most sensible approach.

I told you all along. Jared Allen has a long way to go to the 20 sacks most of you predicted he would have playing the with Williams' boys. You are hacks.

THIS JUST IN....."The Vikings bandwagon is preparing for major evacuations as the possibility for even more disappointment is forecasted for the remainder of the season." I can see a complete meltdown down by the Vikes fans if they go 0-4 which is looking very possible right now!
I am not surprised to see them 0-2 and I won't be surprised to see them 0-4 if that were to happen. They have a tough schedule right now and just can seem to make enough big plays to win games. The Vikes are not horrible just in the midst of an identity crisis or something. The secondary still sucks for the most part even with the pressure on the QB and where the hell were Berrian and Rice--NO CATCHES?
