Tri-Rail ridership continues to push record levels. The commuter train carried 15,871 passengers Thursday, the second-highest total in its 19-year history.

Hopefully the funding does not get cut. I have recently started taking the train because of the cost of gas. Its cheaper for me to drive to deerfield and pay $2.00 to get to the airport rather then spening at least 4 times that amount on gas.
