I think he is the type to file a lawsuit. He is the type to make people run for their money. If he does not like something said he threatens a lawsuit. People like this make lawyers very happy. As the side being sued has to pay for their defence counsel to file a motion for dismissel. It is so hard to prove you hurt their big billion dollar barn's bottom line that i have been setting here laughing. Now if they get Prado after me i will sue him for emotioal distress. My hubby for loss of companionship, both of our depresasion and on top of that prove to them that i could stop a racehorse. Then since i live in a currupt county full of scheaming back biting attorneys, i would win Prado's money. Then the lawyers here would devise a trap to bring me down and thus have -Prado's Money.

I could be wrong, but it's not Peta who exploits animals like Eight Belles, it's the greedy money grubbing egotisical 'horse people' who breed these animals with weak bones & legs too small & fragile for their bodies.

Now who's doing the exploiting to show her in front of millions at the Kentucky Derby only to have Eight Belles wind up with two broken front legs with the jocky still whipping her. Then ultimately everyone in the crowd & the millions at home got to see her lying dead in the dirt. Now I ask again who' exploiting? Check out all the former great racehorses who were shuttled to slaughterhouses in Asia once they outlived their usefullness to the rich oilmen & shieks.
