What more can this guy do???

For the last year and a half we have seen the thugs robbing restaurants and delivery drivers by the dozens every week. It is in the paper and on Ohio.com every day. The reason nothing has been done is because the current installation of Government and Police in the Akron area needs to be replaced with a better model.

security guards is a good idea but costly. for christ sakes it's a fast food resturaunt not a bank. a better suggestion is letting them have guns and shoot the hoodie thugs that are no good pieces of s---. they are no good for society and need to be disposed of

A couple of things came to mind while readin' this article.
1. The city hall hero has spent or promised to spend tens of millions of dollars in the last year to support two businesses, yet he continues to allow the police department to be staffed under full strength. In other words, Arby's isn't even on his list of businesses that are a part of his Akron. 2. Mr. Beuhler would have gotten more attention from council, but unless he heard an alleged racial word spoken by fellow employees, they won't be too interested in his plight. He's got to understand, that council has priorities. 3. Closed the Rollin' Acres store. Only a moron would keep that one open. |
''Stores in Akron are being victimized,'' Kilby said.''If we let this thing get out of control, these companies might decide to leave, and you won't be able to get a hamburger around here.''
What an idiot. Like this is about getting a hamburger (or a roast beef sandwich) for heaven's sake. |

You went to the right place to stop robberies.
You see we have a councilman named Marco Summerville that supports Akron Gang Bangers. Then he condems the police officers that arrest them. On top of that he hires a police auditor and that makes the police lay flat and not do thier jobs. Then you got the Mayor who takes the money made for police and he uses it elsewhere. The mayor also changes promotion procedures where we do not get the best commanders but we do get his yes man for Chief. If I was Arbys I would move out of Akron and sell your products in the suburbs where it is much safer and you don't have to put up with the Stupidity of the Akron Government. |

Mr. Beuhler needs to move his Arby's stores out of Akron, before one of his workers is killed. Due
to the crime spree, I use the drive thru. If more businesses leave Akron for other areas, maybe the city of Akron would wake up alot sooner. |
By the way Mayor and Fat Boy Marco if you noticed the police don't like you either. Akron Police Officers are looking for employements in other communities and places where they don't have to hear you two idiots screw up the city.
We train police officers to get jobs elsewhere now. You guys are sure dumb. Or maybe you are just smart robbers that steal the tax papyers money right from under thier nose. |

Issue the employee's weapons, get em trained and get them approved for conceal/carry. I'd love to see the look on the thug's face as they're getting lit up by a hail of bullets. The gene pool is tainted enough with garbage like this...time to clean it out!

Move... Green, Manchester, Clinton, Wadsworth, Uniontown, Akron has become the New Orleans of Ohio, most tax payers have left, only a welfare magnet now.... last one out turn off the lights...
3 words....HIRE MORE OFFICERS! The city is short and they know it...they're just too greedy to hire more.
thats a good idea. somebody making $6-$7 an hour that are working at arby's carring weapons. i dont think i would feel comfortable with somebody who cant get my food order right to be packing heat behind the counter. "excuse me i ordered a beef and chedder"......BANG |

When good and decent and moral people lose interest in government, the others just take over. From the looks of the headlines, cities such as Detroit, DC, East Cleveland, and Akron are prime examples. Akron of the last two generations (at least) has equated to Apathy.
And who suffers? The very ones who became turned off... apathetic to the situation. Evidently, this is what it has come to here. Businesses leaving, property owners leaving, safety forces leaving. And those of us remaining get stuck with the higher tab and told to defend for ourselves (unarmed, of course). The scalawags downtown will not have you believe that they are, in fact, PUBLIC servants. But THEY are the ones garnering paychecks because THEY assumed the problem-solving. They don't want OUR input. THEY wanted their position. And now, safely re-elected and ensconced in power, they laugh in your face when you tell them there are other solutions needed in this city than just corporate welfare. They are getting paid to properly address thier city's problems, not you and me or the Arby's man. He's done his part. Fewer taxpayers, fewer cops, growing crime, let-'em-eat-cake city government.. Yea, IMO, that's the engredients for a bright future for this place. I'm headin' south before this place kills me. I was born here, lived most of my long life here, and I've never seen such an insulated, arrogant, and uncaring city administration when it come to the welfare of the neighborhoods and We The People. Pardon my rant. But I'm Mad As Hell. You? |
GO IN THERE AND GET ME A WHOPPER. |

What does Mr. Bueler expect? Those curly fries are fabulous! I'd stick a gun in someone's face for a large curly fry and a roast beef sandwich if I didn't have the money to buy it. How could I help it, it's too tasty to resist. Arby's is awesome!

In addition to having a uniformed officer in the restauarant, I have seen in Columbus the following rule posted on a bank door: "No sunglasses permitted; all hoods must be taken off," or words to that effect. The sign went on to say that anyone who does not comply will not be served.

I think it would be swell if, when the next batch of robbers were caught, they were made an example of, instead of being run through the system and let out at the first possible moment, like what seems to happen all too frequently.
You got that right. All that crap-ola and "guilt by association" because someone is allegedly "offended". What a waste of City money to be spending on that whole affair. |
Like that is going to stop a thief from holding up the joint. It's like the signs that say you can't carry a concealed weapon that the state said to put up...If you are going to rob a business, who cares about a freakin' sign? |
