Simon's style nor his personality impresses me. Although I watch Iron Chief I don't Simons segments. Although a lair, I think Ivine was much better chef than Simon.

Like Michael, I too understand that the Food Network did what they felt they had to do in light of Chef Irvine's misrepresentations. But it was obvious that there was one thing he didn't exaggerate -- and that was the fact that he could cook -- and cook WELL -- while still managing to entertain his audience. To be fair, I gave Michael Symon a chance, and I watched his debut episode. I like the guy too, but it really was just not the same.(I got bored and switched the channel halfway through.) He may need some time to get used to his new job, but I won't be sticking around to see how he does. Food Network: Please bring Robert Irvine back!

I think the foodnetwork should create a show for Micheal symon because Chef Robert Irvine made Dinner Impossible a successful show. This show is not a good fit for Micheal Symon at all.

I saw the sneak Dinner impossible and I couldn't see what was so impossible for Chef symon.

Go to Food Network.com Go to bottom and toggle on questions. Scroll down under Tickets to number 3 and click on Show List a-z. Put in information and your comments. It will get to the producers.

Chef Irvine made a mistake. So did the Food NetWork by trying to replace him. It is all sad. If is not fair to rip apart Chef Simon on this WebSite. He is doing what is asked of him. I think the truth is, we are all fans of Chef Irvine and sad to see him go and in such a fashion!

Dinner: Impossible is a themed show that has a very strong image. You can't replace Robert Irvine with Michael Symon. That's like replacing Tom Cruise with Ben Stiller for Mission Impossible.

DI isn't like Road Tasted where virtually any chef will do. FN bring back Robert Irvine now before a good show gets cancelled.

Irvine rocks! New guy sucks. period! Who cares if he lied he can cook and has excellent T.V presence. No one would have known about his personal life -and we don't need to. its all acting. He made the show. Other dude wrecked it.

I was not aware of Robert's claims before I started watching the show and frankly did not care. What I liked about the program was not his resume, but Robert Irvine and his personality. If his claim to fame was memorizing a Betty Crocker cookbood, who cares! Robert Irvine IS Dinner Impossible. My 13 year old daughter says the new guy is boring and we will not wast our time watching boring programs. Kind of like replacing Dannial Radcliff in Harry Potter...just not the same.

I agree with the others posting here. Chef Irvine has said he would come back if FN asks. Someone at FN needs to get on the phone with Chef Robert's agent...NOW!
