It doesn't matter WHO the teams are so long as the locals are interesting and the challenges ones that appear challenging. Every race introduces a challenge or three that makes you think "Wow. This is hard." or "What a fun idea!" and that's what I think really makes the Race better than every other reality show out there — you root for the contestants because you want to see how these people get through quick enough not to be eliminated.

YAY! TV's Best Reality Show is about to return! But what's up with the Emmys? All those awards for the show and not one nomination for Phil?? Huh??
