Now that is Justice, the man takes another one of Gods gifts, "LIFE", then gets special treatment compared to other prisoners, gets to eat fried chicken, calzones, pizza etc. marries before entering prison, eligible for parole in 30 yrs. I wonder if when he is eligible for parole if his spouse will still be there to pick him up at the gates. Oh well, I'd like to treat the kids to some of that good food tonight, but I have bills to pay, so they will just have to wait till I get some overtime, cause I know the state isnt gonna pay for the meal for me.

Stop bowing down and kissing the butt of the criminals and start rewarding the victims families.
Police have to resort to these kind of tactics since anything they do seems to result in legal law suits or loss of their job. |

I'm hoping the warden will do something like put it all together in a blender before giving it to him.
|
Or better yet, right before he hands over the food, he says "psych!" and then brings in the victim's family and treats them to a nice meal! |

Relax, guys, it's a trick. I hear they're going to sentence him on separate counts for each of the chickens.

There should be one judge shot per day in this country. Especially the Supreme Court Justices over 85 years of age.

The inmates get treated better then us. No wonder there are countless crimes committed everyday. These fools want to go back the big house so that they have Pizza Hut delivered. It all makes perfect sense now.

And what the heck was the stupid lady thinking that married him?

To "c3daddyo"....Hey, she's no dummy either...the state will take care of her, while the jackass is in jail....it comes with the sentencing.
The old man (aka..criminal) is in jail. Can't leave the wife with no support, soooooo.....welcome to the state welfare rolls. The jackass (aka criminal) "directs" his sentencing, and then he and his "lovely" bride (Mrs. Jackass) are going to live off the system, happily ever after. The judicial system in this country SUCKS...for all the law-abiding citizens. Only the "bad guys" win!!!! |

If I were a member of the victim's family, I would have that judge's robe. To be a party to such a disrespectful display that makes a mockery out of someone's murder. There's nothing funny about this. This man murdered someone...and makes some plea bargain to receive fast food?!? A sound-minded judge would have found him in contempt for even suggesting something so stupid.

What a sad day. No wonder China shakes their head at us.

The judge should be thrown in jail for allowing such a thing! Disgraceful!! A man was killed and they bargain with the killer to meet his demands!! He should be glad he is getting any kind of food in jail after taking another's life. Very sad. Stop giving criminals special treatment. There are plenty of families that can't afford this kind of food!! The judge really needs his head checked and should be disciplined.

I am as conservative as it gets when it comes to cutting government spending. However, this is absurd. The Deputy District Attorney should be ashamed of himself for trying to justify this in the name of saving money and effort. Same for the judge in going along with it. Yeah, they probably saved a few bucks (THEORETICALLY) but there are some things more important than money.
