Excessive force ruled out in W.Pa. Taser death

so you here about all these deaths from tazers and they still let cops use them...that is f**king outragous....something needs to be done...and that family will def. be able to sue for that....sorry for your loss

You poor prejudiced soul!! IF the goofballs stopped breaking the law and resisting arrest when they get caught, using a Tazer would NOT be an issue.

Resisting arrest is a catch all that the police charge everyone with as a lesser included charge. If you read the court rulings, you will see that it takes excessive force by the police to subdue to be considered resisting arrest.

So when you say if the goofballs would stop resisting arrest, I say was he really?

They use the tasers because real guns handled by properly trained people are far more lethal.

when they go to use them that is.

nothing outrageous about tasers at all.... what's outrageous is the thugs that think they can do what they want, and talk back & fight with the arresting officers. you got it backwards eman.... Another thug gone? maybe

i was walking down harrison ave. in swissvale in early june as a speeding car whipped past me as a steped on to the sidewalk..blasting ( system of a down's wake up ) about 3 am. they came too a screaching holt and stoped infront of the pub in the park bar & grill. 4 white men got out and they all began screaming at the top of their lungs,( drunken chants of some sorts)1 dude began kicking and banging the door with flying kung fu kicks, elbows and head butts, the lasted at least 7 minutes before his boys finally got him into the car, not before a white woman emerged from the bar and threatend too call the cops if justin didn't cut the horseplay...LOL @ horseplay. they sped off...loudly i might add. about 15 minutes later a police car pulled up and went into the bar for maybe an hour or so. now how come no 1 from the negiborhood called the cops, this is a crime watch street which has some of the nebbiest people u could ever meet. their all like the old bitty next door on bewitchd. so my point is why wasn't these men...or justin alone cuffed, tasered kicked too the back of the head and murdered like andre thomas ? same crime, different kind.......
