I saw the "Appeal Pending", this guy has all the answers of how to live 22 years on death row and now he wants to live?

Would be cheaper to just scare his fat ass. He has to be riding the line of a massive heart attack, shouldn't take that much to push him over the edge.

Capital punishment is wrong. The Innocence Project has proved many people on death row to be innocent through newly analyzed DNA evidence. Also, the death penalty has not been shown to be a deterrant. And finally it costs less money to keep a person in prison for life than to execute him - with all the legal/court costs.

We are not in very good company - most of the civilized world has abolished capital punishment:
