I don't think PA drivers will notice, PA's snow removal system is spring. Seriously PA is dead last in road conditions. Even if there is No salt, I doubt we notice.

I drove through PA a few summers back and the roads were horrible. As soon (and I do mean AS SOON) as I passed into Maryland, the road was a beautiful black-topped wide-shouldered well-marked driving pleasure. |

I can't agree with you more. I think PA should spend more time teaching people how to drive in the snow to cut back on accidents. |
