In case you haven't paid attention to Obama's reply or gone to check your facts, he has little association with anyone he has been accused of and it is just used to attack him.
It is all part of the drawing away from the issues. The issues should be the most important part and why people vote, not their character.
If you don't think that "character" is critically important for being President of the United States, then maybe you'd be better off as a citizen of Iran, Cuba, Russia, or China... where integrety and character mean absolutely nothing. If the majority of the American voting public feels the same way you do, then this (once) great country of ours is definitely headed for extinction. I genuinely feel sorry for you. Unfortunately, you are probably too young or too immature to grasp the meaning of what I'm telling you. Grow up. Finish school. Do something to get your head straight.

Oh you didn't just say that people should not consider character when voting? Did you?

Picking Palin as a running mate completely ruins that argument. Obviously picking a Uterus puppet for his running mate who is the most unqualified of all four candidates suggest the opposite is true.
Beyond that McCain grew up over privileged in the decadent house of an Admiral with servants. He graduated near the bottom of his class and would not have been given wings if it wasnt for his Daddy. He crashed five planes, was shot down once, and captured. I guess that makes him an American hero while Obama working to help the poor and unrepresented means he is a terrorist.
OK, so looks you are a open mouth insert foot kinda loer-bowski...

You call me a racist and then call Sara Palin a "Uterus puppet" how dare you you sexist pig!

Talk about being hateful and disparaging!

I hope what ever it is a loser-bowski has, falls off, right now!

Ok ... Character is important (I never said it wasn't I said it was second to the issues). But at this point in the game it is a mute point since they got to this stage past the primary.

But whatever, bash Obama.. not going to change my mind or those who feels it is negative mud slinging.

OMG. That is not even a ?. who won the debate? N we are all counting on the media for this answer. that would rather be burnt with fire than admitt McCain clearly, won the debate.
And you are absolutely right, Jenny. Did some National Network channel surfing, right after. Like on CNN. They had a 6 person panel and all but one, William Bennett, cut up McCain, said it's over. Same was basically true for all the different CNN channels. About the only people bringing up all the good stuff about McCain, was FOX News. And of course, all the Black journalists everywhere but Fox (Juan Williams) stabbed him repeatedly. So Obama is buying votes thru A.C.O.R.N and then buying out most of the media. Do "WE the People" voters really have any chance at all of being able to make this right on election day????

She is a Hockey Mom, not a Soccer Mom. Big difference is Hockey Moms take their children to practice before school starts. Not after school and on Saturday mornings. Hockey Moms also do a lot of travelling because their kids play all over. Nothing against Soccer Moms because we love our Soccer Moms but being a Hockey Mom is a huge difference in committment and dedication. It is really hard.
ANd the other experience issue you have...you are saying Obama has more experience? Where? Doing what? Being a do nothing same old same old politician, then I would have to agree. The man speaks well and is a politician. Nothing more (see resume).

Are you freaking kidding me that you believe being a "hockey mom" give this lady the experience needed to run a country! On education alone Obama knocks Palin off the map. She's a hockey mom....WTF!

Children are our future..........
Yes they are. That is why we need to start planning now to support our nation in the future and not on something that will continue to go back and forth until the end of time.

That means (in no particular order):
1) Environment - How will we maintain the lands so our children don't suffer the negative consequences of our effects on the environment while avoiding effecting our economy greatly.

2) Foreign policy - How will we maintain a peace for our children to live in or deal with those who threaten our country by other countries/bodies.

3) Energy - How will we sustain our growing energy need with minimum impact on our financial pocket books or the environment.

4) Health care - How will we address growing health care concerns in order for the mothers and the children to maintain their health.

5) Economy - How do we insure financial security of all our bank/stock accounts?

These are the most pressing issues that will affect our children and the future.

It is not Obama bashing! It is exposing Obama for the extremist he is. Have you done no research of your own? This is not a joke. Obama has ties to many extremists and he truly, like his wife and all of his friends, hates America and all the people in it! After all we are criminals in his eyes and are responsible for black poverty. He is a Marxist...

From each, according to his ability; to each, according to his need. Karl Marx

He wasn't "Rude, obnoxious,[or] disrespectful" last night, or any other day, for that matter. I find it absolutely HILARIOUS that you try to pin those adjectives on Obama. Have you missed ALL of McCain's ads? The derogatory ones to Obama that run constantly? How would you suggest Obama act when McCain sits there and lies straight to the US Citizens about him? What would be the appropriate, polite way to react? Please tell me. Any one with half a brain that's been following this election AT ALL knows that Obama's always levelheaded and calm, unlike McCain...who tends to come off as a grumpy old man, using 5th grade blame-game tactics. Grow upppp.
Yep, level headed, calm. Thats pretty much Obama when he looks voters right in the face and lies to them. Because he simply has no guilt when he lies. Whether it's about making OUR country a "Socialist State", his ADULT dealings with the American terrorist Ayers or how all the voting fraud with A.C.O.R.N will get him elected. I would bet, that this election will be decided by the Supreme Court, because of so much wide-spread voting fraud So he just sits, smirking and laughing, because this "used car salesman" knows he got lots of people, just like you FOOLED.

Palin's an airheaded bimbo no matter how you look at it; don't get so upset over the truth. She's no more fit to be VP for our country than a stray dog. And the stray dog would probably make more intelligent contributions to conversations than Palin does.

Lets see... Why would we think that Obama is a marxist??/

Because, you guys,

“Black Liberation Theology” which is what Jeremiah Wright has taught over the past 20 years to Barack Hussein Obama and Michelle Obama and others who have attended Wright’s Church.

The “Black Liberation Theology” is basically Marxism which is a way of thinking that came from Karl Marx (father of communism and anti-Semite ).

As far as Joseph Stalin he was General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union’s Central Committee and came up with a way of thinking called Stalinism which Stalin claimed his policies were based on Marxism-Leninism (the Communist parties in the 1920s as it was adopted as the ideological foundation of the Communist International during Stalin’s era).
