Maybe Heath and Bernie Madoff will be cell mates. lol |
Heath, might fall under the violent offenders class.,incorrigible, and thus housed in a special needs facility, or unit. |

How did he get his HCP in the first place, with all those felony convictions, from 2002 ?? Thats why im thinking, he might be eligible to get his HCP back ! |

He wasn't just screwing condo owners and HOAs. I own two rental properties in the Nashville area. Equity Property Management has managed them since 2005. Up until last November, we were quite satisfied with their service. Apparently, Mr. Heath took over the bookkeeping duties that month. When we didn't get our November rents until November 28, and then the check bounced, I knew we were in for some turmoil. Each month after that, he'd promise that "next month" everything would be in place and be all better. At this point, he owes us over $8000 for two months rent, security deposits and reserves. I'm just one of many! If I were him, I think I'd be carrying a cannon! |

What I don't get is that he still has his CPA license! Dept. of Commerce & Insurance Administration License Roster shows his license current, expiring 12/31/2010. I took the time this morning to file a complaint - he has violated the ethics that he swore to uphold. He's also in violation of trust law. |
But with felony convictions from 2002, how did he have an HCP permit in the first place. The CPA license thing also, see what I mean?? |
