He has ruined the lives of many residents in the Nashville and Franklin area. His practices are forcing residents of The Village at Grassmere into foreclosure... that is the only way they can get out of the bad purchases. He was foreclosed upon as developer after he managed the HOA into bankruptcy and bills started piling up. There is little doubt that he fraudulently used our money. There are currently no mortgages available for the complex and 28 units left unfinished. One resident was already foreclosed upon last year when Stewart Heath prevented the resell of her unit.

What I don't get is that he still has his CPA license! Dept. of Commerce & Insurance Administration License Roster shows his license current, expiring 12/31/2010. I took the time this morning to file a complaint - he has violated the ethics that he swore to uphold. He's also in violation of trust law.
