View more details of Stewart Heath's downward spiral at http://grassmerehomeowners.com .

He has victims all over the Nashville area, including and not limited to The Village at Grassmere condo complex homeowners.

since he had a hcp,he will take the total wrath of the law if he wasnt threatened with bodily harm since he was a hcp holder he was very aware of the laws reguarding handgun use.that is one way the system works .not just to make people safer but to make sure more people know the laws and abide by them.

he had never used a gun illegally before.if he had, he would have never made it through the background check. and by the way,we don't know all the facts yet.if he was threatened he was within his rights to protect himself. albeit it does'nt look as if he was, neither i nor you are a practicing judge.

Pull a gun go to jail, you may not be there long, but you will go to jail, with or without a HCP.

Mentally, this guy was pulled tighter than a rubber band. It is good nobody was seriously injured during the confrontation.

Considering what he put residents of Oak Crest Condos through in the summer of 2006, all I can say is, what goes around comes around!

I wish that every driver who gets arrested, not just causes an accident, but arrested for illegal use of a motor vehicle is put under the same scrutiny as handgun carriers. Let it be known that the state gave this person a license to drive!
I am sure that the employee who just had his paycheck bounce was very friendly toward Heath. Until his side of the story is told, we don't know if he was being threatened or not.
As for the permit, I can't give percentages but I would argue that the media made an issue of his having a permit because it is unusual for a CCW holder to act against the law.

I'm more interested in why the FBI raided his office! When it comes to Stuart Heath, I am not a fan.

Ok, let's say he was being threatened. Does that give him the right to pull a gun on the man? Apparently the employee didn't have a weapon or it would have been mentioned in the report. What type of threat constitutes pulling a gun on someone? I would say that the man with the gun was threatening the employee. After all, bullets hurt worse than words.

FBI carried box after box out of his office Thursday night. He wrote bad checks to and from himself totaling over $750,000. It's all in the CB&T lawsuit complaint viewable at http://GrassmereHomeOwners.com

He has ruined the lives of many residents in the Nashville and Franklin area. His practices are forcing residents of The Village at Grassmere into foreclosure... that is the only way they can get out of the bad purchases. He was foreclosed upon as developer after he managed the HOA into bankruptcy and bills started piling up. There is little doubt that he fraudulently used our money. There are currently no mortgages available for the complex and 28 units left unfinished. One resident was already foreclosed upon last year when Stewart Heath prevented the resell of her unit.

All this focus on the gun, because of all the current news coverage of guns in parks and guns in bars. WHATEVER!!!! The guy is a CROOK who has put many people's lives in upheaval.

FYI I am one of his former tenants. But I'm sure any of the condo owners from Oak Crest Condos on Elysian Fields Road, whom he intimidated into selling their condos to him (including an elderly couple who'd lived in their condo there for over 20 years and didn't WANT to sell or move) have some pretty strong opinions about him.

HELLO, Channel 5, how about investing THIS further, before he does this to anyone else! In this case, the gun thing is (IMO) a non-issue!

Was pulling the gun on the employee, going to make the debt. go away? Kind of like that repo car show. People jump all over those cars, insisting that theyre paid up. A pizza dude, was getting his car repoed, and he was all over that car dropping pizzas, and even offerring the repo guys a pizza. It was a ploy, to distract them, and allow him to jump into the car again. They wisely, refused the pizza offer.

Personally, I think having a gun pulled on you is a pretty big deal!

It could be that he got the permit to carry a gun because he knew that he'd been swindling people and that sooner or later someone would come after him.

Sounds like a mini version of Bernie Madoff.

ROFLMAO!!! You are really something. I love the way you put things at times when getting your point across.
It seems to me, that people are willing to kill someone else, over property!(Even junker cars). Its madness, that just goes to show you, the priorities, and values, of our society today.

The Employee was possibly threatening to end his life over a bounced paycheck. If he felt his life was in danger, the only mistake he made was in not eliminating the threat. Better to spend a day in jail than to be dead.

At first, it was kind of like watching "Cops".
I couldnt actually watch an episode in its entirety, cause the backround in nasty houses and such, would make me gag. The repo show, is alright, cause, I cannot get over, the lengths that people will go through, to keep their junker cars. They insist that they are paid up!! Then when they realize, its too late, then they either fall down , and get injured, or act inappropriately in some other insane way. I got to admit, those repo people, create half of their own problems, by hanging around, and arguing with these irrational people, in some juvenile way. Im also convinced, that a lot of that behavior, is acting, and show for T.V.. I try to determine, what scenes, if any, are actual, and real scenes. I want to believe, that all those scenes, are actual, but if you look closely, youll realize that some are not. I could cite a few really specific examples, that would be difficult to dispute.
