Man Leaves Children At Home To Go Get Food

No Excuse for that, My kid had to go with me to get a papsmere, guys just aien't cut out for small kids, they just don't have the sense it takes to raise one.

Well we have a woman who let her kid suffer to death in a car, another woman who tried to kill her child, a female day care working on trial for taping a pacifier on a baby's mouth, a mother who was letting her toddler walk in the middle of the street unsupervised, and another who was arrested for biting her baby. Do not forget the couple who was arrested for leaving the kids in the car while they was in the bar, and her defense was she did not know that was illegal, and then we have this story.

Lets see in current news we have 6 women, and 3 men in the news currently on child welfare charges.

This is not about the gender of the idiots, this is about idiots in general.

Jason, in one week's time, we've had two fathers (in France) "forgetting" their kids of 2 1/2 and 3 years old at the back of the car in the sun, while they were working! And some people try to find them excuses, like life is so stressing! I'd say idiots is an euphemism, I can't find the right word! Of course, both kids died of dehydratation (imagine the agony of those little ones ?). Sometimes I wonder if we know it now because it's summer and hot, while it sure happens in colder seasons, but as the kids may survive, "let's not mention it"! I'm sick and tired!

I just remembered one person who is on trial right now for leaving a child in the car while he was at work because he forgot the child was in the car. To add insult to injury his car alarm kept going off and he had to keep resetting it.

Well, that's really criminal! I feel my stomach turning upside down when I read that, even more when people tell you not to judge the "poor parent", because it could happen to you ! ME ? My kids are always on my mind, and if I see a child alone in a car, or in a shop alley, wherever, I go to them and try to know where the parents are!
Even a dog being left in a car, I check if they have enough air and water! People must be half brain-dead, or real zombies to do such things!

200 CHILDREN at least ? And how many women to take care of them ??? Geez, your Chucky Cheese place must be as wide as a football stadium!!! And about men, I know fathers who do much better with kids then mothers, only thing is they have another way of raising them, that's why a kid needs both parents. When possible.

Besides what good is saying men are worse parents because you saw 200 women at a restaurant with their kids. You assume that the "father" or man is doing what? sitting at home driking beer with his pants up buttoned watching the price is right?

I take the remark as an insult personally,becuase yeah my wife would prolly be a that restaruant with my child for a very good reason. Because I would have been working at my second job to help bring money into my family. Not because I had better things to do.

Look at the big picture, irresponible parents can not be defined by gender, its the person.

Being a crappy parent knows no gender, sex, or race. If you suck, you just suck. You can be white, black, red, purple with either set of plumbing. Everyone has their own emotional baggage and that seems to be the influence on this thread. I, personally, am sick of hearing about crappy parents just getting a slap on the wrist. What if the kid had been found by someone that didn't have his welfare in mind? His picture would have been hanging on a bulletin board at WalMart and his Dad would be crying on the news.

Hey toots...You say men suck at raising kids. Well, I raised 3 by myself, when I got them they were 6 months, 18 months and 3 yr. Wow, three in diapers at once, worked full time and raised them for 10 yrs alone. They are in the early-mid teens now and are awesome, well adjusted kids now so I must have done a really shitty job didn't I? Oh yea, 2 brothers have done the same with their kids also and we are all regular manly men, not wimps. People with attitudes like you really **** me off.

Good for you. My hubby raised two kids on his own also. There is a reason for it. His ex-wife is a dead beat and left the children home alone over night when the oldest was 6 while she went to a bar. She put the kids to bed and she went to a bar for a few hours. She got drunk and didn't make it home. The neigbors reported the kids screaming and crying to the police in the morning and he got the children. He is an excellent father and takes great care of his kids. Gender has nothing to do with it. Women are just as capable of being idiots as men.
